This event has been boring thus far besides the Guillard fight. I'm really not a fan of the weight classes below 145, some of the guys just lack power, coupled with the fact that they are so fast - the standup is just unexciting for me. I like the grappling of the smaller guys, but they are often so skilled and fast that's its hard to take them down and you don't get to see too much of it.

The booing is annoying though.

The only athlete I've seen (since Jordan) play better/more focused angry is Kobe and it will be interesting to see how Silva channels his anger.

To my knowledge Ando usually fights pretty even keen so Sonnen has already succeeded at taking him out of his normal mental game/approach.

If Silva comes out looking to go for the win in a furious fashion, it could open him up to making mistakes.

We will have to see.
