Well on the Guardian live blog were saying their live poll was rigged by people from LibDemsHQ.

That's why they limit people to voting just the once GU. Sort out your web apps plx.
CLEGG OBVIOUSLY LOST IT WAS CAMERON AND BROWN WHO WON

The ITV poll should be entertaining. They say they have a "clear winner". Honestly I'd be surprised if it's not Clegg.

ITV talk about their hidden poll of Bolton people, all through the piece they (ITV) big up Cameron and talk down Brown's opinion with the group (hardly discuss reaction to Clegg). They then end the piece by saying Clegg was Bolton's man...

ITV 'Poll (4000 people polled)

Which leader won the debate?

BROWN: 20%
CAMERON: 26%
CLEGG: 43%

Which leader would you trust more to make any necessary cuts to public services?

BROWN: 28%
CAMERON: 36%
CLEGG: 36%

Which of the three main parties has the best policies on immigration?

LABOUR: 20%
CONSERVATIVES: 37%
LIB DEMS: 35%

im wetting my pants about tomorrows polls. SOMEBDOY SAID IT WAS LIKE NPD BUT THIS TIME ITS ACTUALLY INTERESTING AND NOT FULL OF 12 YEAR OLDS.

If Nick Robinson (who's admitted that he's Con, though he's obviously unbiased publicly) says Clegg won, then Clegg won. If ITV say Camron won I'll laugh...then cry.

Clegg really won me over, and it's such a shame I'm in a Tory/Labour dominated seat. It's not at all surprising he won the debate since he basically bitchslapped the others back. :P

Well, I'm happy that Lib Dem got some good public national exposure from this. Hopefully they can take it forward and people read their manifesto and ACTUALLY FUCKING VOTE IF THEY LIKE IT!

fuck yeah at the polls.

now let's see a) how many viewers the debate had and b) how they effect the full polls in the upcoming days.

Not surprised Clegg's winning, but I am surprised Brown's not beating Cameron. Voting on the debate only he came across better.

I hope from this people will now see that the Lib Dems could be a real choice.

You have too much faith in people :/

Gotta say, Clegg impressed me tonight. And it was awesome seeing GB really drilling Cameron for an answer on the Police funding issue. Brown was really up for it. Cant wait for next weeks debate now :D

I honestly didn't think Nick Clegg had a great debate, but reading people's remarks I'm obviously wrong. He appeared to be nervous!

I thought Cameron looked the most impressive, with Clegg second. Can't wait for the papers reactions tomorrow!

They're going to show the "It's not Question Time, it's Answer Time >> Clegg "I'm surprised there's any discussion between you two"" clip over and over.

But Question Time in 10 minutes too! Bah it's pre recorded, I'll watch it on iPlayer later.
Didn't they say these three Question Times would be live? Or am I just misremembering what they said last week.

Oh is it? I was just assuming it was pre-recorded as per usual. Awesome if true!

Looks like it, BBC's Question Time site has "During the election campaign, Question Time will be live after the three Prime Ministerial debates each Thursday evening" so, awesome.

Clegg is just such a prat. His policies come from dreamland. Yes it would be nice for all students to have "one on one catch up sessions" but how are you going to pay for that? His immigration policy is laughable. How the hell can you enforce the local migration bullshit? Plus his illegal immigration amnesty is just completely unacceptable. "It's too hard so we won't bother". Plus he had one set smack phrase every time: "they just sound th same". Dude, are you even listening? Obviously not. Just standing there with your set "I'm interested by looking inquisitively at you, but putting my hand in my pocket to look hip and cool".

Brown came over well but was pretty much put in place every time by "mate, you've had 13 years to do this. Instead you fucked up our country and only now want to implement these "nation saving" policies".

And Cameron really needs to explain how his policies adopt supply side economics. I know most people are too stupid to understand it, media included, but it would be better than continuously taking flak from Brown about how "he's taking money out of the economy".

From this I have concluded quite quickly you in fact know nothing about mathematics, economics or finance and to top it off you ae quite poorly informed. The Lib Dems have the only fully costed manifesto with numbers that can be backed up by independent third parties. The others have nothing.

Supply side economics are lies. Seems like you've been brainwashed, thoroughly.

Here's how they're going to pay for it mate.

Immigration - Work Permits will have REGIONS put on them, if you're found working outside, you're under arrest and your employer is too. Also, if you wanna pay for the police and MI5 to find all these 10 year+ illegals...be my guest mate.

So that was really boring, everyone just regurgitated their manifestos and basically seemed to ignore the questions. Didn't change how i'm gonna vote or anyone in my family. In many ways it's a problem with having three main parties, since the debates have to be carefully managed to make sure everyone gets their fair say, and the leaders aren't free to just go at each other.

Nick Clegg got 51% vote on The Sun poll, according to Question Time. That'll have to be published in tomorrow's Sun, which - if nothing else - has a gargantuan readership.

Question time yes guys? It would appear it is indeed live.

Or who's watching Newsnight?

Sun/YouGov poll:

Winner of the debate:

Brown: 19%
Cameron: 20%
Clegg: 51%

I'm watching Question Time. More chance of live gaffes. Can rewatch Newsnight.
