Vied for a tag related to cocks, so here it is.
Went to the docs today and might have to have some minor surgery. Sucks.

If it's minor I hope you're doing good brah.

I've learned something while having no money. It's still easy to socialise when you have good mates, life is good man.

I'm waiting for a chest of drawers AND I have no Pringles. I think we can agree I have it worse.

I'm waiting for GEARS OF WAR 3, It ain't going to come today though my mail already came.

You should make a topic in the OT about this. It would go well with "'im feeling bitter and resentful. Cheer me up." threads. :)

They type of people should just book a holiday. A holiday = The daily grass will be greener on the other side thoughts.

Then when you get there it really is.

I know you used to buy stuff by posting x stamps, it might just have fallen out of fashion with the advent of cheques and so on.

Maybe if their prices weren't exorbitant.

That's not the drivers fault though is it? When I was living in London, it was £2.20 for anywhere within a given zone. Not too bad compared to some fairs. Everywhere should just run on Oyster cards. Are they available throughout the UK?

If I want to use a First bus it costs about 3 quid for a single. It's cheaper to just get a return (4.50).

Edit: not return, day saver!

No, only London. There was a plan to extend Oyster into Manchester and Bristol, but the city councils got upset that they would be following a London innovation and have decided to go their own way with contactless payments despite Oyster working for Europe's largest city and being ready to go.

I don't get buses.

Except the night bus when going home in the early hours of the morning when it's preferable to paying an extortionate amount for a taxi.

Also this. Fuck buses. Fuck them and all the awful people on them. Without fail every time I get the bus there will be someone mouthing off to another person, someone eating some very smelly food and about 10 prams taking up all of the standing room. Fuck buses.

I haven't taken a bus since my days at uni. Car to drive me to/back from work and I either walk to Glasgow centre (during the day of course. At night I just take a taxi) or take the subway/train if I need to get there asap.

The last time I had a problem with scottish notes in England was last March. Went into a wetherspoons to get lunch and they stuck their nose up at my £5 RBS note. Later, I took that same note to a corner shop to buy some gum and the man took it with no problems at all.

Somewhat glad I don't take the bus anymore. It used to be £2.50 all area/day ticket. Now I heard it's like £4.50. wtf?! Might as well share a taxi with 3 other friends. Beat the BO/rude people and late schedules.

But I have to admit that the Oyster card system in london is really good and its a shame that it's not implemented across the country.

Ridiculous. Surely its better if more of the UK gets on with that scheme? Reduced fares for all. It makes transitioning from trains to buses so much easier. No worrying at all. Anti-London sentiment goes too far sometimes.
