Karrimor aren't the best shoe makers, but they're better than everything else at the price you buy them. I wouldn't tackle glencoe in a pair! Just don't wash them in the machine, use the waterproofing sponges, gore-tex(and its substitutes) don't take to a machine very well.

is that the brand ? i just picked them up because i needed something for outdoor usage and they were 30 quid. Before these boots i done all my outdoor shit with old trainers. With a nice tshirt on i will look the part

Fashion? What is this thing you speak of? I dress horrendously. According to my boyfriend my wardrobe looks like it's stuck in the 90's. I have never had, and probably never will have, any fashion sense. I've started to live in jeans and t-shirts purely because it's very hard to get that wrong.

Yeah same here. The nearest I ever got to caring about any sort of fashionable or specific brand of clothing was 20+ years ago when I went through a stage of wearing either British Knights or Doc Marten boots.

I'm wearing these bad boys. Admittedly I'm at work (I get to dress casually though!) so they are a little more formal than I'd wear on the weekend. I wouldn't wear any of the hiking boots in this thread unless I was actually out hiking. They look so hideous out on the street.
Shoes. I wear these, which my cousin designed for Etnies as part of their "tale of two cities" range:
It's based on his (and my) hometown of Manchester, there's dark waterproofish materials representing the weather (rainy), the light blue trim represents Manchester City and the bee is a symbol of the city. Pretty cool. When I'm not wearing those I have a pair of these:
only with red stripes instead of blue, and the grey is darker. Can't find a picture of that particular colour though.

Slipper seem to last me a year. Every Christmas I have to ask for a new pair. But its too late. I can't get out of bed without putting something warm on my feet.
