I actually like her design a lot as is.
I wouldn't mind it if they just added her to the series and made her strong enough to compete thanks to some mystical jewel or artifact. She wouldn't be able to fight as a normal human unless Capcom eases up on the idea of Darkstalkers/hunters being too powerful for humans to fight.
Also, Darkstalkers is dead.
The problem is that fighting game devs have built a nasty habit of tweaking things they don't need to tweak in order to fulfill some unknown quota. Most of the top level doesn't need any tweaks, but they'll find some reason to start mucking around with 80% of the cast again and we'll be in AE land soon enough.
A miracle could happen and they might just skip past AE and go straight into 2012/Accent Core territory though...

From the little of Marvel 2 I played, I ran Ruby Heart/Strider/Jin Saotome and subbed in Hayato, BB Hood or Megaman on the last slot.
Yes, She-Hulk and Iron Man. I would also like current moves to be jazzed up a bit. Some characters have a lot of potential for crazy.
To me that would make the game more fun, to have more unique character attributes added than just characters.
I feel like having huge rosters can cause a lot of characters to be left behind as there's too much potential for overlap in strategy.

I know Capcom will never put in a Megaman that will play the way I want him to (receiving some kind of ability from his opponent whether by K.O.ing them or some other way or at the very least giving him the cool powerups from the old games) so I can never get myself hyped for his hypothetical inclusion.
I wouldn't mind seeing more of Ruby. I had fun with her in 2. I'd really like to see her in a Darkstalker though (hope springs eternal~).

Until I realized how utterly cheap Maggy & Betsy were together, Ruby Heart was on a team I had with B.B. Hood. I still like her character design.

Any way to fix this? At least the grudge matches would've been awesome to keep.

Is there a reason why twitch gets rid of archives? My grudge match vs. Beef seems to be gone as well.
Damn.. this is really odd to hear cause I never see any of Sp00kys archives going away or anything, I was able to locate some really old ones a while back and rewatch them. Shouldn't be a producer account or w/e perk either, that's messed up.

You're supposed to click on the little button to save it forever. Direct broadcasts are up for seven days, of course it doesn't say that. It was nice figuring that out myself after several videos have been deleted. Highlights are forever saved by default.
Old JTV was much more clearer and easier to deal with.

Each of them adds a distinct flavor that you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
Edit: I probably would take someone else over her if only because of Sixfortyfive's preference for the character. Me and him being hyped for the character simultaneously may just cause them to missingno the entire character select screen whenever someone tries to pick her lol.

Man you are seriously my favorite Darkstalkers bro. I couldn't pick one between them, but Donovan space control games, Piratry with Ruby Heart and her stat affecting ghosts, everything Jedah and Chaos Dunk with Raptor (the MvC3/Space Jam mashup would become so overused... :lol) are all compelling in one way or another.
Then I just realized that I was this close to a Pirate/Ninja/Zombie team in Marvel 3.

Enzo really has no idea what he is missing out on when it comes to Darkstalkers. There is so much ridiculous shit in that game that the team must've been on crack while making it.
The Space Jam reference if fucking amazing though.
There is a joke in there that I almost decided to use, but then I'd feel like a fanboy douche lol.
Cole MacGrath Wesker for DLC. Also, Ashley since fans were complaining about the lack of women.

I should look into it, but I don't even have time anymore for UMvC3, let alone video games. I've downgraded from pot monster to stream monster again.
Darkstalkers is incredibly entertaining to watch though, I had my first taste I think it was at the last EVO or something, but it seems like my kind of game if it has a bunch of bullshit in it.

1. Random generator to determine order of players.
2. 3 hours long. Thanks to my timer on stream, everyone can see the countdown. If the time ends while a match is going to happen or during one, the match will be the last and still count.
3. Winning players cannot use the same characters for the next match. But can reuse them again if they win for the next after and so on.
4. Points will be deducted from now on if characters are used again and it will get more severe if it happens more than once. First strike, 1 point deducted for each character. Second strike, 2 points deducted for each character. Third strike and so on follows the trend.
5. Points rewards system.
° Perfect= 10 points
° 3 characters alive= 4 points
° 2 characters alive= 2 points
° 1 character alive= 1 points
° No use of X-factor is 1 point added to total.
° Special lobby trophies and achievements points can be awarded.
° For every five win streak, 1 point is rewarded.
° Player who defeats someone with a five win streak or higher gets 2 points rewarded.
° For every 25 points accumulated, a player receives one point rewarded.
Main thing is, do not use same characters if you win for the next match if you win. And the characters of that next match, you can't use for the 3rd match but you can reuse the characters from the 1st match, etc. Only applies if you win.

btw i would gladly nerf zero to hell if it meant fixing some of the other broken shit in the game. first thing i would nerf would be throws. goodbye H throwing and hello S and L throwing. good luck with your throws now scrubs. hell it can even be just L to throw and you will see throws go down by a ton in this game.

I think an actual throw whiff animation in the air would change things tons so people can't spam that shit but it doesn't bother me all too much. I doubt a change of inputs would do much unless it came with a whiffing animation. The one problem I have is that the command normal input for a normal air throw devalues actual command throws so much. Thor and co. would be helped a bit if they're air throws weren't just relegated to nasty resets, and had a functional use otherwise.
