Am I totally misremembering the book? Stannis is obviously gonna save Jon from Mance next week, is that what happened in ASOS?
Stannis shows up later in the book.

The giants were pretty awesome, need some Wun Wun next season. Glad to see Ghost in action if only for a little bit. Poor ole Green and Pyp. Not really liking how they turned Slynt into an incompetent coward for no apparent reason, but at least they didn't kill him like I thought they were about to.
10 minutes of Sam in a 50 minute episode...lmao.
Is Alliser dead though? He was dragged off but did they confirm he died? All my hype is gone
Grenn Pyp Alliser and Ygritte are dead
Fucking terribad acting from Jon Snow's
I kind of wish they had killed him. I think it will be far less meaningful when Jon kills a coward than Jon killing an asshole.

Told you no Stannis, they were always going to stretch it out.
At least it's an extended 66min episode next week.Holy shit how do you fit everything in next week?

Great episode though I was almost certain we'd see The One True King of Westeros.
At least it's an extended 66min episode next week.
Which is crazy since I figured of all the Night's Watch guys, he'd be the one the show would kill off, not Pyp and Gren.I think they just hauled him off, he's probably going to get treated by Aemon.
Probably, though it's still a significant increase from what we usually get. There's always a long previously and intro.Wont 6 of those minutes be "previously on GoT" and the intro?

I'm starting to think that maybe Stoneheart won't be in next week's episode, lol. Not sure how they'll be able to fit everything into the finale.
Dude, we saw like 40 minutes of Jon.
Yeah... There is just so much they have to cram into next episode. It seems even more likely now that LSH will be cut. This sucks.

Stoneheart reveal will be a quick scene so it should be the last shot of the season.
