I just had to look up who Arianne is.

They honestly should move to 12 episodes next season. Yes I know the cost of the show, but I honestly feel 10 episodes is really limiting the show and characters at this point. It was fine first two seasons, third season started to feel the quickness and this season, I don't know just went by too quick, felt like barely any meaningful time with a lot of characters.

Two extra episodes will add to budget, but it's not their biggest show ever, literally. Should be something to think about.

Given the mess of the Walking Dead, I'm happy with 10.

If anything, this season could have been 12 but the next season could probably get away with 8.

Honestly I think better script decisions and 5-10 extra minutes per episode would be better than adding more episodes. D&D waste a shit load of time in this show on unimportant stuff.

If LSH occurs, do you think she'll have a translator due to her throat injury or if she'll just have a gnarled, husky voice?
That's the catch with Stoneheart in the books for me. Her existence is really sad so I have a hard time really getting gung ho on her going after the Freys for revenge.

Her face is all mushy and clawed up, her hair is falling out and her throat is slashed so she can barely speak. So its not like its just Cat back to life, she's basically a new character.

But I would be very curious to see what is left of Cat in Stoneheart if she met Arya, Bran, Rickon or Sansa. And in turn how would the kids react?

It's like I'm on ignore or something. Anyway, what did you like about Arianne exactly? Her hotness? Her nakedness?

Hopefully whomever is cast for Arianne lives up to both.

Nimble Dick was one of the highlights of AFFC in my opinion. I really enjoyed the guided tour he gave Brienne through the Cracklaw Point (sp?), especially the small historical tales he offered once in a while. Characters like Nimble Dick makes the world come alive.

World building aside, the best thing about Nimble Dick was his name.

I'm with the idea that either Arya will grant her "release" in some way or it'll get extra soapy and she'll end up sacrificing herself for Jon.

That's more AMC though. They're drawing it out because of all the commercials, product placement, after shows etc.

HBO would do it well. Plus, it's still short enough that it's only an extra two weeks in broadcast. I just want them to have enough time to merge the AFFC/ADWD/TWOW content properly. I agree this season more than any other would have benefited greatly from 12 episodes.

Don't fucking disappoint, D&D

This episode will be garbage if there's no Stoneheart

I need to fucking hear the lines

"She don't speak. You bloody bastards cut her throat too deep for that. But she remembers."

They've said how the finale is one of their best episodes ever and they've put their money where their mouths are by pushing it for the best drama awards so let's hope it delivers.

Edit: Fuck out of beer!

It's more about tone than money. They don't have any more time currently, they'd have to devote less time to shooting each ep if they expanded the episode count.

So soon, have fun people with the east coast feed. Watching the reruns myself.

All the hypes!

10 episodes is fine, they already have enough filler scenes.

Edit: Oh, and I always wonder if D&D pushed this so they could get the ending from Martin before the books. Those jerks I hate them for knowing.

This is it... can't wait to come back to read about how the episode was garbage because of no SH. Really hope I'm wrong though.

See y'all on the other side...
