Cersei I would never admit to that

It makes no sense

If she did they would kill Tommen which defeats the purpose right

That's the point. Tywin was blind when it came to his own family, it's his character flaw.
I don't know about that. Tyrion is supposed to be like Tywin in his cunning, so I don't see how he wouldnt know or at least suspect it was true. Tyrion of course already knew a long time ago.

But he wasn't. He knew cersei was incompetent, knew tyrion could handle things as hand, knew Joffrey was insane and might need to be taken out, etc.

He didn't know about the incest, he underestimated and loathed Tyrion, and he didn't understand Jaime at all (see their scene after Jaime first returns). He saw his children as objects and it's what killed him.

Damn this West Coast better than the East at everything except letting me watch the episode live with y'all good balls.

He loathed him but never underestimated him. He made him hand when he could have sent any other lord including kevan. I'd argue he knew about cersei and Jamie. And the fact that Jamie did a 180 in character doesn't mean tywin didn't know his son. The reason we all love Jamie's turn in the books is just that - it's a turn. He's changed in a totally radical way and everyone, including cersei and tywin are confused and flat footed about it.

2 handed arrogant Jamie would have beasted with oath keeper.
