Why?
In the novels Jon made enemies left and right. In the show so far he has killed his biggest opposition already, outside of Ollie. No other character has been given screentime disagreeing with Jon and we know Jon getting stabbed has to happen.
Unless fucking Stannis runs back and decides that Jon is worth burning too.

Olly is too obvious and he already killed Ygritte. It would be "too much" for a kid. I can see the internet going "Olly the yourfavoritecharacterslayer" will kill Tyrion next.

The thing is that the creators have completely omitted all the shit that Jon says and does and the reaction he gets from other crows. Ollie was there to kill Ygritte but seeing how nobody else has told Jon they disagree with him there is no other character to do it outside of random crows which would lose its power.
this is exactly it. The creators have made him the representation of killyourcharacters.

Someone named needs to do the the stabbing, so that leaves Alliser or Olly. Alliser is a dick but I think him doing it would feel out of place.

If Olly saves Jon I'll give D&D props for that twist. It's almost tooooo obvious to be true that he will do something bad.
The Unsullied did pretty well, watch more closely. We saw a few take out two or three Sons of the Harpy before going down.

What if Jon gets stabbed multiple times and as he's lying in the floor losing consciousness the attacker is about to slash his throat when all of a sudden Ollie pops into the scene in a skateboard and like smacks him away.

The show has kind of thrown subtlety out the window as of late with all these humorously telegraphed events going down, so at this point my expectations have been lowered to the point where I'd be surprised if that didn't happen.
That's just because someone filled it in with book info.

My dog avatar is too important to my name for me to ever do an avatar bet.
But I'll do a regular bet that ollie kills
Olly rushes up to Jon and pulls out something from his cloak. Alister jumps in front of Jon and cuts Olly into half with his sword. As Olly collapses he drops the good luck charm he carved for Jon. Everyone is shocked and Edd rushes forward to attack Alister. Jon acts as a human shield and gets stabbed to death by everyone.

They're totally going to call back to Ygritte shooting Jon full of arrows to juxtapose Olly killing Jon with one arrow. It's gunna be totally poetic and stuff.

The entire Night's Watch slowly kills each other fighting for the chance to be the one to kill Jon.
I thought it was a good episode. Everything that happened was foreshadowed, so no surprises for me.
I don't know why people get mad when characters do bad things, because people always do bad things. The time period that the show is based/inspired was no warm and sunny period in history, horrible acts happened daily.
