7. Ramsay does ridiculous thing (but no raping)

I'm going to add that Arya's beats go almost nowhere as well. Longest origin story in the history of television.

They should do it when it's most relevant to Jon's identity, ie what he decides to be about post resurrection. I don't think we're there yet in episode 3, but I'd be surprised if they held that as late as 9 as well.
