Love the look of the puzzle. I might have to buy it at some point. I've a bit of regret picking up the messenger bag. We have a bunch already we don't use too much, like the Pikmin one. Generally it's just a secondary bag I use for groceries.

I would definitely be more salty about this if I didn't already get pretty much everything I wanted from the catalogue. I mean I would have just used the extra coins to order duplicate rewards. :lol probably given them away as gifts or whatever.

I didn't get much in the end, but physical prices like this would've substantially changed what I ended up getting.

I have a lot of patience for Nintendo because I like what they do and even understand a lot of their unpopular moves. But this, after the insistence that what we were getting was The Last of Club Nintendo, is painful.

Cutting prices essentially punishes the most active/loyal members. They're the ones that redeem coins soonest (i.e. when these final options were first available), since they know how quickly stuff can disappear given past experiences. I guess that wasn't the case with any of this stuff; now the slackers can benefit.

It's weird; it's a nice gesture, but shitty at the same time. I wonder if they'll give those of us that ordered stuff early our coins back.

Fat chance... but hey that'd be pretty nice.

So just called. Ordered the bag yesterday at 12:30 AM. Apparently there's nothing I can do as the operator pointed me to the terms on the website.

I felt bad for him. When I pointed out the coin price drop he kept stuttering while apologizing and stating how there's nothing that can be done like when stores drop prices (though wrong in some cases). Felt like he was kind of cowering in fear of me possibly yelling at him.

Oh well. Still have 720 I was going to spend on the shirt. Though now I have another 350 coins to figure how to spend. At least the shirt dropped more than the bag.
