You have to announce the intent to acquire another company first. This is the standard process.

MS should buy smaller companies that provide a higher level of impact with gamers.
Buying Zenimax made sense Activision does not especially considering the cost.

Yeah they're deeply concerned yet have no problem with ISP monopolies that fuck you in the ass with lame bandwidth limits and absurd prices for low speeds. Get real. The video game industry is NOT a problem. There are REAL trusts out there that they're not doing SHIT about.
