I haven't heard a good thing about Utah my whole life. Fuck this judge.
It's supposedly very beautiful if you ignore all of humanity.

The quote in the title in OP and article seem to be "an extraordinarily good man" but the actual direct quote says "an extraordinary, good man". Close but not the same.
Still a very disappointing report.
Idiot judge says idiotic thing.
Lets blame the whole state.
Karl Malone once knocked up a 13 year old. I'm sure if charges had ever been pressed the Judge would also have said "he can ball" at the time of sentencing.John Stockton and Karl Malone could ball. That's one i can think of.
Give me a state, i'll give you a rape scandal.
(BYU now gives immunity for rape reports btw)
Two posts above yours explains that these are systemic issues.Idiot judge says idiotic thing.

Its starting to feel like it won't be that bad if North Korea actually does nuke us.
He rapes, but he saves?
.
Sounds to me like this judge relates too much with the rapist... Maybe he had similar tendencies
I'm not religious in the slightest but sometimes I wish there was a heaven and hell so people like this could burn.
I always found it weird that people call out child marriages in Middle Eastern/South East Asian communities (rightly so), but child marriages that go on in the Mormon community are seemingly brushed under the carpet.
This is shit that's happening in the US' backyard, it's not happening in some dirt poor village where girls are forced into marriage because their parents can't afford to feed them/need the dowry from the marriage.
Weirdly soft treatment and "won't anyone think of the rapist" attitudes are unfortunately common in.. well, pretty much the whole world, not just in the US.what is happening to America
Don't think he's sentenced yet, just free to do as he pleases until sentencing occurs.I take it there's no way to overturn this sentence?

I wonder how many people that judge has raped. I'm gonna guess half a dozen.
Happening? It's been like this.
I'm going to guess zero, but then again I'm an adult.

I wonder if the judge would feel the same way if he was the one raped.
I don't known what alt facts you are working off of, but child marriages are not a thing in Mormon culture.
