My interpretation of the debate:
"Can you give us more detail about the Republican domestic policy?"
"Look, this is how I see it, I have a friend from Wisconsin who...."
Who isn't going to giggle at that?
Yep.

It's been said many times that the CNN poll sample was leaning +8 points republican. And the CNBC "poll" was an online survey LOL.CNN-ORC post-debate poll of Registered Voters:
48% said Ryan won.
44% said Biden won.
CNBC Poll Results:
Who do you think won the VP Debate?
Paul Ryan: 56%
Joe Biden: 36%
Neither: 8%
Fox may be a little bit of an outlier in terms of %, but right in line with what most people thought.

You guys see what I was saying earlier? Republicans will deny everything to defend their guy and claim a win, and liberals will throw their guy under the bus and wet the bed in terror. This debate was so one sided it isn't even funny, and they deny that reality. At least most democrats had the sense to say Obama lost his debate.
Yeah, I was just about to say this.
As much as I (and people in other online communities) believe that Biden won, it's really not being reflected elsewhere at all.
I don't know much about the US political landscape so I'll leave it at that, but I think this is going to be a very close presidential race, because there is this big dislike of the other guy from both sides. Individual > Substance seemingly.

Also, snap polls are worthless.
I was going to say the same. When am I going to get REAL post-debate polls.
Well CBS had what looked like a decent snap poll of undecideds.
Ryan deserved it but how does that change the fact that he could have done it, I would suggest far harder, had he not acted like a child. I am definitely not "incensed" about him being a "bully". Ryan deserved it.
Ryan truly did get curbstomped if people are this incensed with Biden being a big bully

You do understand that showing some class and dignity while stomping someone's face makes the opponent look worse when they lose composure like Ryan did vs squirming and making noises like a child, right?
So you don't care that our elected officials act like children?
That is fucking sad.

Well, thanks for the flawed CNN pollCBS was +8 Democrat so I ignored that flawed poll.
Joe Biden's lie about not knowing they requested more security in Libya was interesting. Did he not hear the testimony from two days prior...?
That remark he made about President Obama not lying was downright laughable. I couldn't help but cringe.

What happened to The Predator Paul Ryan? Seems like he left the debate with his ass cheeks red and sore.
He's a useless troll; simply ignore him.Yet you post results from an online survey. lol
blindasabat.jpgWho was acting like a child?
CNN poll said right on it that it oversampled Republicans
And is that CNBC poll a reference to this online poll which is now in Biden's favor?
You also forgot the CBS Poll:
INSTANT POLL of Undecided Voters:
BIDEN: 50%
RYAN: 31%
TIE: 19%

Remember, your chosen party can do no wrong in a debate! Ryan didn't lie through his teeth and get beat down and Biden didn't act like an insecure child.
Sure sure. Keep those blinders on!
To maintain confidence in the dollar as a medium of exchange. If money and wealth are divorced, then that confidence vanishes and we go back to the barter system. Money has no intrinsic value, which is why the government can create as much as it wants. The value is determined by how accepted it is as a medium of exchange, which in turn is determined by fiat, sure ("this note is legal tender for all debts public and private"), but also by scarcity.
Not denying Biden won. The fibs and distortions from the Dem side just get conveniently ignored by you guys, but then again... this IS MSNBCGAF
I noticed a number of times during both debates when it came down to it Romney/Ryan admitted they'd do the same as Obama only betterer.I tuned in mid way but had to turn it off around the time they were talking about Syria. Biden says they're working with allies to arm the right people, Ryan says Obama/Biden are mishandling the issue and he'd work with allies to arm the right people, but only betterer. I'm done.
CBS had two different polls one was accounting already decided voters meanwhile the poll people keep referring to were of undecided voters.CBS was +8 Democrat so I ignored that flawed poll.

Moderator: "Can you talk in specifics about how your tax plan would work?"
Ryan: *rambles about everything except specifics"
Moderator: "So no specifics..."
The debate was over for me at that point. As a moderate, I'm open to hearing discussion on both sides of the issue but when one side has no ability to lay a single detail about how their tax plan would work on the table - you lost me.
watching this debate again.
i dont think biden considers what he's doing is interrupting.
he's treating certain areas of it as a discussion between the moderator, himself and ryan.
and since ryan is delivering rehearsed rhetoric and doesn't respond directly to things biden is saying or asking, it comes off as rude on biden's part.
Yeah that was really bad (but expected) from Ryan. And g-damn what a great moderator she was. I hope Lehrer was taking notes.
