What was she doing so far away from her kid in the first place?
This is the second thing I noticed. They come running from a distance. GG.What was she doing so far away from her kid in the first place?

Honestly, if I was the skater I would been so mad I would have punched the woman back.
There probably wasn't one. Dude wasn't knocked cold, woman probably took crying son to car while yelling insults. Everyone goes home ... happy? Why did the video end at that point, where was the comeback?
Let your kid run around unsupervised at a distance in a goddamn skate park.
Ye gods.
Yeah, but as a parent, you prevent random knockdowns by keeping close proximity. That kid barely looked three years old.I can understand.
I have two girls 6 & 5 years old.
Grown adults walking down the street, not looking where they're going. Almost walking into them and knocking them over makes me furious. Furious, I say!
I've never hit somebody though because of it. Yet...
People are saying he should press charges. I don't really think that's necessary but at the same time he didn't deserved to be assaulted. There's also the argument that she let her kid wander so far away. He looked like he was by himself and looks to be no older than 3 so she's definitely at fault here.
However, the skater has some fault too. He isn't skating at a skate park. I understand it was accident and as someone who has purely skating friends, I know how focused they are and how focused the camera guy can be too, so it's understandable they didn't see the kid.
It should ultimately result in her apologizing and for the skater to be more careful. Unless of course we find out she's a terrible mother who doesn't deserve to be taking care of a child.
Edit: Is it a skate park? If so then yea she's completely at fault.

Random lady, you probably shouldn't go around hitting people that are likely stronger than you.
Yes it's an accident, neither the kid nor the skater is to blame.
But to you guys saying "what is she doing so far away from her kid". How far do you think she actually was? Did you guys ever go to the park as kids? Were your parents always 2 feet away from you in the playground?

Well, I have a two year old who goes to playgrounds, and you bet your ass I'm not dozens of feet away from him, and when he gets hurt or knocked over by another kid (shit happens), I don't go marching up ready to throw down. But to you guys saying "what is she doing so far away from her kid". It's a skate park. He shouldn't be running around there at all.
Doesn't look like a skate park to me, at least not explicitly. There are plenty of people just walking around too.
