I joined the party last night, traded in my launch PS3 (was on my 3rd fix, and had a fan mod installed that made it too loud to watch blu-rays on, but I have a slim still) along with an old PSP and stuff and picked up the CoD Bundle. I haven't played too much CoD but it seems kinda fun. I mostly picked it up because I'm already a PS+ sub so why not get some free games, and of course I'm getting Playstation Allstars next week and I know I'll be playing lots of that.
Luckily I had a decent amount of PS1 games to transfer over to it because of PS+, but I don't really have anything else. I heard PSP games are pretty great on it, anyone have any recommendations for action, adventure, platformers from PSP?
I think I'm going to pickup the Hori grips for it since I Have big hands, and I know I'll need to get another memory card, 4gb isn't anywhere near enough. Just debating if I should bite the bullet on the 32gb or just get a 16gb. There is one near me on CL for only $30.

I got a PS+ 30 day trial code from Facebook, does anyone know if that can stack with existing subs or will it try to start another subscription? It says a credit card's required so I'm not sure if it'll ask for one if I enter the code, even though I have a good few months left on the subscription.

Getting the first one at least is a no brainer really. Havent played the other games yet and I assume the last one might be the easiest since it introduces easy modes and other stuff. I thought I could like the series so I started with the first one though. I like being happy about improvements in the next games instead of playing the last one first and then realizing I can't "go back" to older ones anymore.
GO BUY IT PEOPLE.
I played it for 6-8 hours so far I think? And only managed about 1/5 of the challenges, not to mention the main mode with increasingly more difficult monsters which I havent touched so far at all.
Bullet points:
- It will challenge you! (I dare you to score more than a D rank (D-C-B-A-S scale) on the first challenge.) Dont feel intimidated by that though, other challenges are easier, its sometimes weirdly balanced. I got 4 S ranked missions and still cant get better than D on the first challenge mission.
- The game looks amazing on the Vita
- Its a really small download (70mb?)
- Many challenges/levels to play with lots of variation
- VERY high replayability
- very cheap
- Its hard, sometimes rather random, but still very rewarding.
I want to talk about strategiiiiiies, someone please pick it up T_T

Another advantage of my US account apparently. Living it EU (Germany) too, but went with a US account for my Vita based on currency exchange rates alone. I get every new digital release for 28€ (36$).
Whats the EU price?
10€ would still be good value for these games. They have a lot of replayability and quite a bit of depth if you like these kind of games. If the idea of strategic digging to create an ecosystem of breeding and feeding monsters to defend against intruders sounds appealing to you while being a bit pain resistant (Losing is fun!), then the game is likely worth 10€ for you.

YES. I'm glad someone else thinks so. I think most people think they were a bad or throwaway developer because they made Little Deviants, but I doubt it's BigBig's fault that it turned out to be a minigame collection; that was probably all on Sony. The game was still technically very sound and solid, and their past games were great. Makes me sad that they're gone. They could have contributed to the Vita in a big way.

My check this week was surprisingly glorious thanks to a good 26 hours of OT, so I finally broke down and bought a 32GB memory card for $79 on Amazon. I'm thinking of buying Ragnarok Odyssey digital, but I also have to make sure I save room for PlayStation All Stars next week, which I'm thinking of pre-ordering as well, instead of waiting for Amazon.
Is Ragnarok a deep game? I wouldn't mind having some action/rpg action, but is the game big and meaty?

I got Pursuit Force and Liberation on a different account, so at this point it's too much of a hassle to change accounts for 2 PSP games. :\

Where did you read that? I got the impression its permanent too. Would make sense as well. No one is going to buy P2 PSP for 30$ if you can buy P4 Vita for 35.
