I bought Everybody's Golf, Rayman Origin and Jet Set Radio digitally. Persona 4 is on the way. Very impressed by this machine so far. I really hope it becomes the success it deserves to become.

Another question. I just received my codes from amazon for PS all stars and my 3 months of PS+. Can I redeem the PS all stars code on my PS3 and then transfer it later to my vita when it arrives, or does it specifically have to be redeemed on my vita?

Pretty sure I can do it through PS3, just need confirmation though.

Finally got through looking for free stuff on the PSN to download on my PS3 for my vita, I didn't realize there were 5 or so free games on the PSN nor did I remember the vita has a skype app.

How is the youtube app? is it worth having installed with the new browser?

Youtube app is ok, worth having installed of course but currently the browser doesn't auto-link to youtube - which is the main issue with it imo.

This 2.0 update is treating me like shit. And now my Vita has had a hardfreeze. I can't turn it off (pressing the PS-button and the off/on-button at the same time).

GREAT.

Hold down the power button until the recovery menu comes up ( it may take minute or more).

Rebuild library. See if that stops the hardlocks.

Just beat the 2nd of the 2 big ps+ titles, Gravity Rush.

Both UGA and Gravity rush now finished.

GR is a love/hate game. Some elements are so awesome; characters, intriguing story, graphics, gameplay concepts

And some are terribad; combat, unfinished story, camera work

But overall it needed to be played.

If at the end you are having difficulty with the extinction trophy, I think hitting select kills your blob and you restart right before the event, rather than the beginning of the level. Once I realized that it was much easier.

Agreed +, I still have to finish GR, I am through Chapter 10 I think, AC3L is beating it out in my cart slot, soon to be replaced by P4 Golden.

I found that if you start at the bottom of the planet and then go against the clock with extreme speed and some precision, you should be able to eat them all

Happened to me too, I just did a restart with no rebuild, everything is good so far, not sure what the rebuild library does, maybe try that if it locks on you again.

I don't know about the other Crash games or Spyro, but Crash 3 works.

Really, are you using the motion assisted aiming? I want this motion aiming in EVERYTHING, even RPGs, that's right I said it.

I too want the gyro aiming in anything that needs to to aim with the right stick. It just makes sense.

No idea how well it would translate to a DS3 though. I think having the screen in your hands helps.

That has nothing to do with being compatible. Many titles are playable if downloaded via PS3 and then transferred. Stupid that Sony doesnt allow for direct dl on these titles so far.

The ridiculousness of trying to complete those boss fights when there is a good chance the touch screen doesn't recognize your input properly (for whatever reason) is just unacceptable. Until someone in here told me that it wasn't about accuracy, it was about speed, I was about to throw my Vita at the wall playing on normal. Not good. Period.

Motion assisted aiming is great indeed. Turned it off first, but I love it after trying and getting used to it. Almost all my shots are now headshots.

A lot less shootouts till now, I like that.

Well, it's Sony's fault that the original contracts were apparently too narrowly worded.

Apple has no problem future-proofing themselves and not having to make new agreements with individual developers and publishers every time they release a new backwards-compatible device.

I don't even need a new one. Just give me a touched up Vice City and San Andreas.

-Nate Drake on the go <3
-Yup, it's Wood Uncharted
-Gameplay is fun, and the touch-screen stuff doesn't detract from the experience too much

Bad:

-That fucking mudslide bit
-Herky-Jerky aiming (this is a problem with the hardware, I guess)
-Touch-screen melee boss fights. Awful
-THAT FUCKING MUDSLIDE BIT

Now I gotta get the "rare" bounties, mop up weapon achievements and not dying/survivor, and getting Crushing.
