"Bullshit build" was running on top of the line PC parts before PS4 and Xbox One were close to being finalized. Once the actual hardware was out there, coupled with the game having to ship on last gen hardware as well, you get a game that will never reach it's initial target build.It's like they've developed 2 entirely different games. How exactly does bullshotting reach this point? That's not rhetroical and I'm not being facetious, I'm genuinely curious if Ubishit actually had separate teams working on both a bullshit build and a retail build.
