There will never....ever be any evidence. You are going to have to rely on your experience as a human being interacting with other human beings to make a decision about who you believe.
In my experience, the victims are obviously telling the truth. Their behavior and complex emotions about this are perfectly in line with what I would expect (child sexual abuse victim's relationships with their abusers is often very complex)
I have no doubt in my mind that he did this.
Winter John doesn't care about facts, he's going to keep repeating the same lies over and over again.
It's been stated multiple times that the $20 million dollar settlement was not hush money and Jordan Chandler was still able to testify against Michael Jackson if they brought criminal charges against Michael Jackson.
It doesn't matter how many times anyone says this, he's still going to say Michael Jackson paid the Jordan Chandler $25 million to keep quiet.
Jackson slept in the same bed with kids. He admitted to doing it on a TV interview. He paid $25 million to avoid being dragged into court. Those are not lies. Those are facts. It don't matter how many times you try to pretend they aren't facts. They are. They are events which happened. You can keep on pretending that a guy who did those things is innocent. He wasn't. He was a pedophile. That is a fact.
Regarding that investigation, District Attorney Gil Garcetti of Los Angeles County said today that Larry Feldman, the boy's lawyer, had not ruled out having the youngster testify. "Nobody has bought anyone's silence," Mr. Feldman said. Prosecutor's Statement
In a terse statement, Mr. Garcetti said: "The criminal investigation of singer Michael Jackson is ongoing and will not be affected by the announcement of the civil case settlement. The District Attorney's office is taking Mr. Feldman at his word that the alleged victim will be allowed to testify and that there has been no agreement in the civil matter that will affect cooperation in the criminal investigation."
Shocking, makes you wonder why more people didn't notice R. Kelly harming little girls at the studio during his album recordings.
Blanket is not his real name. He is Prince Michael Jackson II.The dude grew up in a very traumatic way always on the road with a very awkward childhood. The dude named his kid Blanket, there was clearly crazy to go with his genius in the musical profession

Well, he did demand that everybody call him The King of Pop...Prince as in royalty? Or Prince as in artist formally known as?
With Michael I could see it going either way lol
Just to correct one of your facts, he didn't pay 25 Million to avoid being dragged into court. He paid 25 million dollars because the civil suite was going to be done BEFORE the criminal case. So anything that was done in the civil suit would of effected his criminal case, and he would have to basically run 2 trials back to back.
ewwgh. Right around lunch time too.
Ewwww....that's just nasty R. Kelly. Geez.
So what would have happened if MJ "didn't" pay the $25 million?
Well, he did demand that everybody call him The King of Pop...

Prince didn't sleep with kids but he hung out with them and looked arguably more on fire in aesthetics than Micheal Jackson at least before the remember the time stuff, yet no court cases, no $25 million payout, no buying rings for kids, no sleeping with the kids, he also could rap.
It's funny how Prince always looked more suspect than Micheal but Michael ended up getting hit with all the accusations, that should tell people something.
And in Prince's case, he actually had some of the best looking women the 80s and 90s could produce.
Misty Copeland
Carmen Electra
Mayte Garcia
Manuela Testolini
Nona Gaye
Apollonia Kotero
.
Vanity
Sheila E.
Bria Valente
Don't forget, he also shopped for rings with boys.
"he was buying a ring for Sheryl Crow."
Sure....
seems almost like you're implying being a pedophile is being guilty. pedophile/=child molester thus not guilty not illegal.Jackson slept in the same bed with kids. this is true. Prince was not as creepy. Maybe he was but in a different wayPrince didn't sleep with kids but he hung out with them and looked arguably more on fire in aesthetics than Micheal Jackson at least before the remember the time stuff, yet no court cases, no $25 million payout, no buying rings for kids, no sleeping with the kids, he also could rap.

Didn't he normally have a beard? Honestly i think it is weird with him without a beardMan, it's so weird to see Prince with a beard...
Wade Robson actually had an affair with Mayte Garcia while she was with Prince. It helps that Prince actually dated and had sexual relations with women. And in Prince's case, he actually had some of the best looking women the 80s and 90s could produce.

Michael could have been asexual for all we know.
The fact he settled means nothing if he cleared investigations without evidence being found.
I wasn’t talking about facial hair...Didn't he normally have a beard? Honestly i think it is weird with him without a beard
I googled this and news sites say that the reports at the time said that he bought toys and some sunglasses.
I get that people might see this Wade guy as an opportunist who wants money, but I don't think that automatically means the things he described didn't happen. It can be both things.
It seems like such an unreasonably long con to suddenly reveal to his entire family a lie about being molested when a maid and other people also testified to seeing it happen years before. Criticize the guy for suddenly wanting money from the estate, but saying this never happened feels like a bit of a stretch.
The author of a Michael Jackson biography has questioned the facts presented by the singer's victims
The damning documentary Leaving Neverland by filmmaker Dan Reed has divided opinion as it exposed legendary singer Michael Jackson as a predatory child sex offender.
With testimony by Wade Robson and James Safechuck about their childhood in the presence of Jacko, it paints a grim picture of persistent abuse, that could have been repeated with a host of children between the ages of seven and 11 years old.
The author of a Jackson biography, Mike Smallcombe, has hit back at the allegations and in speaking to Express Online, has looked to 'expose Wade Robson as a liar' and therefore discredit his claims.
Smallcombe has said there is evidence that Robson has repeatedly lied about Jackson and was deemed an 'unreliable witness' when quizzed about allegations of abuse in the past.
Smallcombe said Robson described himself as a "master of deception," when hawking a book about the sexual abuse and that he tried to 'force the Jackson Estate into a financial settlement', so not to go public with his claims.
Smallcombe reiterated that, "the judge disregarded his sworn statements," and that Robson was “caught lying repeatedly.”
When asked about his memories of the first nights in Neverland with Jackson, Robson told the trial judge, "that he 'did not know' if his memory of that night 'came from (his) own recollection or it was told to (him) by someone else."
Smallcombe said: "In one email, he listed over 20 different questions to his mother asking her about the specific details of his interactions with Jackson.
"Some of these included: 'Can you explain all that you remember of that first night at Neverland? What happened when we drove in what did we do? And that first weekend at Neverland?'"
At the time, Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman said Robson was, "trying to hide evidence before his cases were dismissed."
Smallcombe also claims that Weitzman said: ''Robson lied under oath and stated that, other than one brief email in late 2012, he had had 'no written communications' with anyone (other than his attorneys) about his newly-concocted allegations that he was abused by Jackson.
"This turned out to be a complete and utter lie. Robson had actually shopped a book about his allegations in the year prior to filing his lawsuit, a book he tried to hide from the Estate."
What is for certain is that there are two sides to every story but from the 'evidence' shared on Leaving Neverland, it is difficult to look beyond the allegations laid at the feet of Jackson but this proves that the battle between Robson and the singer's estate has been ongoing and messy for some time.

Wade always said MJ was innocent too...until he stopped saying that. The maid who claimed to have witnessed molestation was fired for theft before all of the allegations took place, and then started saying she say MJ in bed/showers with boys etc... Now she claims to have seen Robson/Safechuck being molested, but she also claimed she saw it happen to Macaulay Culkin, who has always said MJ was innocent.
Wade always said MJ was innocent too...until he stopped saying that.
I'm not claiming I know exactly what happened, but I'm pretty damn convinced. The fact that the maid was fired doesn't mean she didn't see something. For all we know, she was fired because she saw something.

I am open to the possibility MJ might have been a pedophile because of his behaviour but the most damming stuff I've heard directed at him is out of his own mouth because of his naivete. All the accusers have been after money, not justice and have had their stories exposed in court when under scrutiny. Until something credible is presented I can't condemn a man because he was an odd duck.
I hate to break it to you, but Michael Jackson has been dead for almost a decade. There's no justice to be had with a dead pedophile.
The next best thing is to go after his money, like the Goldman family did with OJ (because of his acquittal). That they could have in court. A nice side benefit is to destroy his legacy, but that is done in the court of public opinion.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, I don't think it's a stretch to give such an admission significant weight. Sorry, not sorry actually, but an adult sleeping in bed with unrelated / non-adopted children is well beyond what I consider "definitely innocent behavior." If there were some sort of compelling circumstance, like being trapped on a boat with lots of people and limited beds, maybe I'd feel differently. But inviting unrelated kids to your home to share a bed, no, that's very powerful circumstantial evidence of bad things. If your only evidence is that he admitted to sleeping the same bed with kids along with other accusers who have history of lying over and over again, just proves that you and other people who call him a pedophile are basing your opinion on feelings and not facts.
