If you owned the original on PC you get the remaster for free. The remaster has some graphical improvements over the original such as textures, but there is some nasty bug/glitches/pop in. I would wait for a patch or two before playing. Also cloth phsyx is messed up in the main game, but fine on the DLC. There is a workaround for it though.
