What did you eat for breakfast today?

I thought this was a thread like how do you feel if you didn't have breakfast type of rhetoric, but not it's literal lol. I don't think having 3 meals a day is good for you and especially blood sugar. Thus I don't have breakfast.

man i found an unopened pack of weetabix on the weekend, they are pretty hard to find here... i gorged. GORGED, i tell ya
In the US of A ?

I hated not being able to get certain foods when I was over there.

I need my Weetabix, HP sauce, Marmite, and Pot Noodle.

Yeah, you're safe. They don't really go off. Wouldn't worry about the use by date.

Love Twiglets. If I get some Christmas I'll give you a shout mate and send some over 👍

I've been trying out a routine where I only eat after 6pm and there hasn't been any problems. As long as you eat healthy food and enough. I'm going to have to see how it works in the long run and might have to go back to 2 meals a day, but so far so good.

I'm thinking about how hunter-gatherers probably had days without much food so the human body is quite adaptable.

I did 1450calories at 114kg for three months, as soon as you're over the hump by cooking for yourself or finding proper prepared food (chicken and rice with a ton of veggies for me) you will feel great. Still kept on intermittent fasting, 16/8, eating started at 12pm and could go on until 8pm.
Lost a lot of weight, never felt hungry, getting over the hump took me a week.

Wine and good food brought me back to reality, living in italy without drinking and eating well makes you feel hollow ;)
