What foods give you insta-regret

Tea or coffee. I used to be fine with both now I can no longer tolerate them. It just happened out of the blue last year. It's depressing. I still give in sometimes and quickly end up regretting it.
I've had to switch to herbal teas which are nowhere near as satisfying.

Don't know my stomach is weird. Ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn's it hasn't been normal. One day its fine if I ate Chinese food and the other day it just says "no bitch, not today" and the whole fuckery starts.

Sorry to hear that you have Crohn's. That must be hard to deal with.

Every single food item, which I eat more than I should. Now even more than before, because due to liver transplant I have to have a way more diverse (in it's original sense) diet, so like I have to eat meat on regular basis, fats and shit like that, because DNA of the transplant is different so nutriens has to be "caught" by liver itself, because transfer inside the body is problematic (and again in it's original meaning of the word).

chocolate + cheese are the worst. i like some chocolate now and then but i love cheese. i would put it on everything if i could.

also, i had chinese food last night. usually i always feel instant regret whenever i order that.

I don't remember what it was called, but I ate some spicy red Chinese soup at a restaurant that set off a month of acid reflux, bowel inflammation, vomiting, constipation, ER visits, and lots of milk.

KFC

When I dunk a piece in the gravy (the sweat of God) and bite it it feels like I'm one with the essence of savouriness.

After I'm done it's like my insides are coated with oil and there's so much salt in my body that demons run away from me

Indian food. Guaranteed hitting the shitter an hr later.

Same here.

It's a fucking shame because I love the food but there's something about the types of chili peppers they use that doesn't agree with my digestive system.

I make the sacrifice about once a quarter. It's worth it.

Pizza and Oreos because I've yet to meet a pizza that lasts to the next day, and I've yet to meet a box of Oreos that does the same. So with that said. I think I'm buying pizza and Oreos tonight😍😍

Lots of Italian places around here have like this really nice chillie oil (sometimes it's just the oil, sometimes it's mixed with finely cut chillies) that's really good on pizza or pasta....but it absolutely destroys my stomach every time.

I don't know why, I eat fairly spicy and love hot sauces but that oil seems to be the one kind of spicy my stomach just can't handle. And it's not even that hot.

I love pizza and burgers but I literally feel like shit after eating them...

Also, 2-3 times a year I feel like drinking cold milk with chocolate powder... that's stomachache and diarrhea guaranteed, but I still do it.

There's this great Mexican restaurant where I'll occasionally gorge myself. I get this feeling of food drunkenness when I'm there that I don't think I've experienced any other place.

About half the time I eat there, I get a lot of cramps and have to stop whatever I was planning to do to go home and take a violent shit.

If I had to pick I would go with deserts add in the sugar rush, makes you tired etc.

not so much instant regret, buy every time I have one of those El Pollo Loco bowls, I usually have to go to take a dump in 30 minutes or so right away. nothing explosive or what not, just a regular visit to the porcelain throne.

Are you a coach Greg fan as well? He always says that lol.

I've subscribed to him on YouTube haha. He really loves his popcorn.

But nah, it really is just about calories. You can eat 2000 calories of junk or healthy food and you'll lose about the same weight over time.

Nitro Cold Brew from Starbucks. Tastes great but I feel sick the rest of the day. Something in their syrups are just poisonous - avoid them at all costs.

If I eat anything carby nowadays I bloat the next day pretty badly, as in going up a size in my stomach and cramping. Even a potato can trigger it.

If I do have a cheat day it has to be on a Friday night so I can lounge around in sweatpants and a baggy t-shirt all weekend. IF broken up with high fat (with fat bombs like panna cotta, cheese, and pepperoni) and lots of water gets rid of it pretty well.

Dominos is a 2 day event. The day I consume it and the next day my body rejects it.

I avoid eating it on a sunday as it always wants out at the worst time on a Monday.

Garlic, who knows, maybe I'm secretly a vampire.

The only exception is a mild garlic sauce I get when I purchase a pre-made roasted chicken kebab.

I tried Takis for the first time recently and couldn't get more into the bag than like 3 chips. I love spicy stuff and eat it all the time, too. Like every single day basically. How the hell do you do it?
The first few are the hardest. I like to eat them with a good beer. It helps.

I probably have McDonalds like once a year and always regret it. I have In N Out maybe once every 3 months without incident.

Lately though it's alcohol...I feel fine if I get buzzed but feel like shit the next day. If my wife goes on a business trip I usually get a bottle of something and I regret it the next day.

>Everything hot and spicy.

Used to be able to digest that without problems, but over the last years my stomach got much more sensitive, unfortunately..

But I still like making a good hot thai curry.
