BF1, this game looks, sounds and feels so realistic, I play with a controller so I'm a little bit in disadvantage against kb+m but I still enjoy it. On PC.

Really getting into State of Decay 2... Just offline on my own getting all the achievements. It has a lot of issues, and it is wayyyy too easy after the initial learning curve, but it hits a lot of notes that I enjoy.

Trying to build my first base in No Man´s Sky. Got the foundation up, so now I´m going to recruit staff for all upgrades, vehicles and weapons that comes with the package. The planet I´m on is so pretty, it looks almost as that planet shown in the infamous bogus trailer from E3 2016, minus some of the animals and detail of course. But it got that lush, junglelike vegetation, red grass and glimmering lakes, strange creatures and weird plants.

The base building is really fun and I can´t wait to drive around in my buggy later to explore the planet more freely. It gets a bit restricted on foot. The visuals and scope are pretty impressive for being a indie game, if you can even call it that at this stage. No Man´s Sky has some eyepopping moments, like at night when you see a gigantic blue planet with rings on it on or when a frantic storm appears and hinders your sight when flying in the ship. The feeling of being small in a vast universe has never felt this real. To look up at the sky and space, knowing that you can visit all these planets, creates butterflies in my stomach.

I´m playing on the OG PS4 and it sometimes struggles with the frame rate, but other than that it´s running quite smoothly with zero crashes and glitches. The draw distance has been improved also, and that was my biggest gripe when I played it last time, so I´m thankful for that.

Huge backlog because of being addicted to ARK the last year. I'm trying to play all the last year games and then some before starting the newer ones.

Atm i'm playing the DMC series and i'm at the DmC.

Battlefield V. Awesome game, I'm probably gonna pre order.

I'm also hoping my new credit card comes in soon so I can get Firewall Zero Hour.

Not an asshole.
WoW. I don't even know why. The end game has been fucking boring since I finished the leveling content. The azerite / rep grind is tedious and unrewarding. Azerite Armor is a shit system for so many reasons. Combat feels slower and less fun than Legion, making the dungeons feel tedious. I don't really have much desire to do the Raid.

Why am I playing this game lol. I need to uninstall and go nab DQXI.

Am I the only one who thinks Hollow Knight is a bit shit then? I tried to like it, I really did, but it's doing nothing for me.
You’re not alone. I’ve played it for about 3-4 hours and I found it very frustrating.

I need to give it more time, so I’ll go back to it eventually.

I think it's a bit overrated, in the sense that i don't consider it the best metroidvania ever, like somebody claims, but far from being shit.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 and Shadows: Awakening. Both are some damn impressive RPGs.

Started playing this and so far I’m enjoying it, the atmosphere is dark and brooding abs the cast of characters and voice acting is amazing. Combat is no slouch either! Dontnod really did a good job on this.

I just finished a save file of Super Mario Sunshine that had started way back in 2003. I'm at 78 shine sprites but I think I had enough of it now that I beat Bowser. The pachinko level made me want to rip my hair out. I sympathize with this clip.

I'm trying to FINALLY finish Grand Theft Auto V and without spoiling anything if possible, are you able to continue the "strangers and freaks" missions even after finishing the main story?

Because I'm really ready to stop playing for now but I can't walk away until I've finished the main story.

Bloodborne.

my droogs this game is beautiful. i want to pause and observe the baroque carvings on every single door, the rusty leaves twisting around bent rought iron fences. it is the best 3D Castlevania you could ever hope for. not since SOTN has there been this level of opulence in world design. this is like, if Oscar Wilde made a video game. a goblet of wine smashed to the floor.

Dark Souls/Dark Souls III as well. From's world design is bar none. their worlds are so evocative of classical fantasy. yet so visceral and hyper real. the texture work is nice and varied, lighting is suitably moody, and the geometry is always astoundingly seamless. they don't look like levels made by some designer, they look like real places in this crazy fucked up world. this is computer magic.

that BB remaster is going to be a thing of beauty.

I've put about six hours into Dragon Quest 11, then when that's done, I'll switch to Spiderman.

I'm also waiting on an new piece of DLC for Age Of Barbarian Ex that looks kinda cool.

You know, I never got the whole castlevania comparison. Aesthetics and art hmmmm maybe in some aspects but gameplay not even close. Bloodborne is slow and calculated in comparison to 2d castlevania which has always felt fast and not so combat focused.

Spider-Man at the moment.

After that Detroit Become Human.

Oh and I need still to continue Breath of the Wild at some point.

Of course I will stop with all of that as soon as Red Dead Redemption 2 arrives. Which I will prolly play for the rest of the year.

Just beat Hollow Knight. A really good game and one of the best Metroidvanias on the market. Stunning graphics, beautiful soundtrack, fun exploration and phenomenal bosses. Would have been a candidate for GOTY if not for the fact that it was released last year.

Yeah you can still do 100% after the story.

Started up Spider-Man the other day and loving it so far.

Still sort of playing Octopath Traveler, but getting pretty bored with it tbh. 26ish hours in and have all the character chapter 1's done and two chapter 2's. I'll probably keep plugging away at it here and there simply because there's nothing coming anytime soon for Switch that I really care about. Maybe Smash if it has a good SP mode like Melee's Adventure mode.

Spider-Man and Street Fighter V.

I need to find a way to complete Yakuza Kiwami after Spider-Man but before Fist comes out. Not sure if I'll be able to pull that off without rushing, which I wont. ;)

Decided to run through some Genesis RPGs so it has been Phantasy Star IV and the first Shining Force. PSIV in particular is really awesome. I did my self an enormous disservice by not playing the Phantasy Star games back in the day.

I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption 2! I got my copy today. It's pretty cool but a bit too big for my taste. Felt like I was going from point a to point b in a really slow manner. Lots of customization though. Get it if you haven't.

Having platinumed Dark Souls remaster, completing a 100% re-run on DS2:SOTFS, I'm completing the trilogy with a full run-through of DS3.
And I have to say, while with every playthrough I've liked DS2:SOTFS more and more, I have to say the reverse is true of 3. There are still flashes of brilliance and the basic mechanics are as solid as ever, but damn it feels so linear and kinda lacking in secrets and stuff to find.
The way every enemy is hyperactive and prone to stamina-defying flurries kinda bugs me too after DS2's more sedate pace, especially when the natural result is to spam it right back with stun-locking weapons like straight swords.
