I have an unopened DS and Mario 64 DS that I'd like to get a full refund on, is this possible? I also have the original receipt.

Before the flames/cheering, please note I puchased an extra DS and game at launch for my brother, who claimed he'd pay me back, and never did.

Unopened merchandise should be fine, as long as the plastic wrap is intact and stuff, I don't see how you'd have problems.

However, you may want to consider eBay - DS units are going for around USD$175 - USD$200.

I was at CompUSA over the weekend. I'm pretty sure they have the same parent company as TRU,
They accept ANY returns on ANY stocked product WITHOUT receipt for store credit. I think that's cool of them.

Great to know, M3wThree. But is there anything you can glean off your inside sources about EB's return policy, and not a different company's?
