A few reasons for me:
-Purchased an Xbox, and ended up being rather disappointed in the lack of depth in it's lineup. The 360 so far has been very much simply the 'next Xbox', and hasn't done much to show me that it will become more than that.
-Lack of must-have titles available only on the 360. A PS3 purchase for me is a definite, and in this gen I'll be buying all my multiplatform games on that as well, so a 360 purchase for me will really depend on it's exclusive titles.
-The exclusive titles I'm interested in are very wait-and-see-ish. I was pumped for N3, but it's already come and proved disappointing. Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey are huge wildcards, as are Project Sylph and Trusty Bell, as the studios behind all of those games aren't exactly the most consistent, or in the case of the former two, complete shit. Mass Effect and Lost Planet are the only two titles that I'm confident will likely turn out good.
-Japanese support is still very, very poor, and sales in Japan are worse than I expected. Aside from the occasional title here and there, and the handful of mega MS moneyhats, I not too sure whether the 360 will ever receive any sort of meaningful JP support.
-PC ports won't be like last gen, and will hit both the PS3 and 360 more often than just the 360, and playing a few PC games my shitty comp couldn't run was one of the biggest pluses I enjoyed about the Xbox.
-The two biggest facets the 360 has going for it, Live and Halo 3, aren't exactly my cup of tea. I'm not that big of an online gamer, so I don't feel the need for a fully integrated and fleshed out system, and Halo 2 really killed any desire I had left to continue playing that franchise.
-I'm not exactly confident on how long MS will support the 360. In this coming gen, I want solid, continued support for 6-8 years, minimum.
