What mouse do you use?

Not even mad

Using Logitech G9xs (with the small grips) on my gaming PCs. Love the shape, but I have no idea what I'll replace them with when they eventually die.

Razer Abyssus.
I'm using one of these on my home PC too. I love it, its a no-nonsense basic mouse that is not bad for gaming at all. Had it a few years now and it barely looks like its worn at all.

At work I use a Logitech performance MX, which is great for my usual day-to-day IT stuff (Was using some microsoft one before but it was giving me hand cramps..), but it looks hella worn out even though its a year old...

It's the only Razer product I own and I like it quite a bit. The prominent hump in the center makes it very comfortable for my hand.

I'm not a fan of the green LED and having to install their software to disable them, though.

G700 is the best looking and performing. Logitech is really good about honoring the warranty. I recently broke the button that switches the wheel from smooth scroll to click (everything else is perfect) and they just sent me a brand new mouse. I now have two in nearly perfect working condition. The ability to go from wired to wireless is awesome and I'm actually glad the battery is a regular replaceable AA.

Got this for $25 on clearance - it's literally a SteelSeries Sensei with a different paint job. Pretty happy with it overall - my only qualm is that sometimes the middle mouse button isn't responsive, but thankfully it's not something I use super often.

Microsoft Wireless Mouse 4000.

I don't play video games on my computer.

g9x with small grip and tiger gaming skids on cheap cloth pads, i've got one extra mouse, four extra grips, and a dozen replacement skids.

the only other mouse I've liked as much as this one was Apple's last pre-USB ball mouse

Bolded is objectively wrong.

Most accurate mice right now are the Steelseries Rival, Corsair M45, Mionix Avior, and Logitech Proteus.
Is it worth upgrading to one of these snazzier mice if I don't play PC games often? I've just been using a generic Dell wired mouse.
If you are at your PC often, it's definitely worth finding something that is really comfortable.

I'm still chugging along with this little guy, from, like, 2002.

Building a new rig is on my list of things to save for, so I'll probably pick up some new peripherals whenever that ends up actually happening.

Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical

Sadly they don't make these anymore. I've tried all sorts of high end mice but they always have some deal-breaking issue like the feel, the buttons, the wheel, or the weight. This one is perfect.

Its successor, the Comfort Mouse 3000, requires significantly more pressure on the buttons to register a click, and it also feels worse in the hand.

I wish they'd make an optical, USB version of the original Intellimouse.

Most comfy mouse ever, but I guess it wasn't very fair to lefties.

Have you tried the Steelseries Sensei? Its mold is extremely similar and it really doesn't have any major flaws.

Yeah if you install the software you should be able to assign a button to F5. Also have you or has anyone tried out the Logitech G602? Looks like a suped up version of the G700, longer battery life and more buttons

edit: shit double post

I have one and it pretty good, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the 700 series, and I miss the fast scroll wheel like in other mice.

But it's very accurate, no wireless lag, and has dpi settings, also he battery life is really good, it lasts a month on average for me, as my only mouse. With some eneloops, you are set.

Anyone have a good idea for a Logitech G9x replacement? Needs to be mostly symmetrical, compatible with a fingertip grip and keep customization and the 4K+ DPI resolution.

Had to get a new one a few days ago and the Corsair M65 was on sale so I took a chance on it.

It doesn't feel as good in my hand as my old Mionix Naos 3200, but I like ti so far. And the corsair software for it is pretty good.

I'm a Logitech boy through and through. Used pretty much every G series mouse there is, currently on the G500 but am considering going to the G502.

I need recommendations please. I asked in another thread and no one could help.

I'm looking for heavy gaming mouse, of over 300 grams. My current Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 is getting old and I just can't get used to a light mouse.

I haven't looked too much into mice since a little over a year, and these appear to be somewhat recent. What advantages do they offer over the G400 (Angle Snapping Off)? I'm mostly interested in sensor differences, overall build quality, and optimal tracking at 400-800 CPI.

The later Intellimouse models were USB.

Logi G300. Great range of functions, sexy in the hand, and cheap!

The only complaint is the round-topped wheel. I center click a lot, and it can be fatiguing on the fingertip. Flat wheels are best wheels.

G500

You haven't truly GAFfed if your mouse isn't packing a free-scrolling wheel. It has ruined me for every other mouse.

I'm a lefty and limited in choice, I use an amibdextrous Razer Lachesis, it has 9 programmable buttons and can run off the standard windows drivers. I don't even have the Razer drivers installed at all as they're poor. Great mouse though with over 3 years solid use.

Logitech M570 wireless trackball. Suits my comfy couch PC use just fine these days considering I use an Xbox pad for most game types.

this bastard is over 13 years old and still works. MS Intellimouse

I was in the town today and found this mouse in Cash Generators in perfect as new condition (not a mark on it, feet look like new etc), I got it for 99p. I forgot just how comfy this mouse is, it will be a nice backup mouse :D.

I used the MS Intellimouse for so long. I loved that thing, then it finally started crapping out on me a few years ago so I switched to the Razer Deathadder (blue light version). It's been great since, but the material on the wire has started to fall apart.

I've been hearing how the 2013 version is a nice improvement on the Deathadder. Is it worth it getting?
