What Tablet Are You Using?

iPad Pro M1. It replaced a laptop, though I have a work laptop I can use for laptop needs. But the iPad covers 99% of my needs. Only wish is that I got the bigger screen version.

Lenovo Legion Y700 first gen with SD865 in a 8.8" form factor.

It's honestly one of my favorite size for a tablet I've had IPad Air , Mini , 10" android in the past but they're either too huge or small

I love 8.8" for manga consumption

Evil lore stole my thunder but i've been rocking this baby for QUITE some time....

JK...currently Ipad 12.9, and few kindles, and I picked up a ReMarkable Paper Pro this week....

but its going RIGHT back

Samsung Tab S8
powerful, sleek, big.

it's surprisingly great for emulation, as its big size makes it work well as a screen that you can take with you and play even 2 player stuff on.

and the hardware also makes it possible to emulate most systems up to gen6.

Can anyone recommend a desktop (not tablet/laptop hybrid) standalone surface studio like all-in-one PC where you are able to use the surface pen and dial with updated specs that doesn't cost $7000 and your left kidney?
Preferably AMD Strix Halo like APU between $2000-$3000 and additional specs:

-Wifi6E to Wifi7
-Bluetooth 5.4 or higher
-16GB DDR5 RAM or higher amount
-1440p-4K screen SRGB and DCI-P3 COLOR accuracy touch screen
-Multiple USB Type C and Type A ports (prefer latest version)
-SD Card Reader
-Windows 11

Small tablet for ebooks. 2-in-1 with touch for laptop/"tablet" use.

My recommendation is get a tablet/laptop hybrid. Buy a 16" Lenovo Yoga 7 and an adjustable stand for it. Keep it plugged in with 80% battery limit. Far more cost-effective than any alternative.
Price: around $1500 for "2.8K OLED, Glossy, Touch, HDR 600 True Black, 100%DCI-P3, 500 nits, 120Hz screen" configuration.

As it's a desktop, there's no need to limit yourself if you want to go 'cheap'.

You could get a mini PC and a Huion Kamvas Pro 27 or Kamvas 24 Plus (mich cheaper). There's the Kamvas Studio 24 if you insist on an all-in-one.

You'll get a better than pen the mediocre MPP one.

Surface Pro 8 (i7, 16gb RAM, 256gb of ssd)

I wouldve swapped to the ipad pro line when i upgraded from my surface pro 7 a couple years ago, but then I learned that CSP (which is like a $200 program) on ios is service based instead of a singular purchase like it id on windows/macos. Between that and just general brand preference, I decided to stick with MS.

Also I'd need to buy new accessories like the pen and case, etc. so the jump just relt unnecessary for my needs.

iPad Pro M4 256 GB. I had an iPad Pro M1 previously, which I would not replace if I did not drop it and cracked the screen. Also, the battery stopped charging. M4 is amazing and the OLED is astounishing, although the hardware is a laughable overkill for the OS.

I buy iPads and iPhones every 5th iteration, so last year I went from an iPad 5 to an iPad 10. It does exactly what I need it to do (movies, note taking, GAF) and will serve me well until the iPad 15 comes around.

I'm currently rocking a Redmagic Nova, mainly used for streaming movies and such. It's OK for gaming, performance is good(locked 90fps in fortnite with all settings maxed) but the screen is too small.

Samsung Tab S9 FE. Bought when it came out

I used to have an iPad 3rd gen that I also bought when it came out, but the dude was too old and struggle even to watch YouTube - and only worked via browser

Redmi Pad Pro

I only really use it for browsing and youtube and it's perfect for that :p
I'm usually on my PC most of the time.

I wanna watch sports on my TV that you can only get from streaming sites that fly the Jolly Roger.
I used the Silk browser on my FireTV stick for that. I mean .. a friend of a friend of mine did. Flawlessly. With a VPN. No problem at all, even lesser popups than on my tablet.
