It's atrocious, but I guess that's what their customers want - bigger road presence at all costs.
The new 4 series coupe looks bad in general, it has a fat ass as well, looks to me like a smaller 8 series which isn't a good thing. I've seen the 8 series on multiple occasions and it looks fat and squashed.
