I've recently started a new breakfast routine...

McDonalds:
Hotcakes (syrup, no butter)
Apple dippers
8 oz. low-fat chocolate milk
$3.77

720 calories
11g fat (17% DV)
3.5g saturated fat (17% DV)
25mg cholesterol (9% DV)
700mg sodium (29% DV)
18g protein

I'm ejoying this routine so far... it also proves McDonalds can be healthy if you say no to their damn questions like "You want sausage with the hotcakes? Hash browns?"

shitting in the alley outside your window
A bottle of water on my hour long drive to school. I'm a big fan of breakfast, but the long drive doesn't give me time in the mornings.

I don't get hungry until lunch for some reason... can't even force myself. I do have half a cup of coffee though

Get out of the N train at Union Square walk across the street to the vender on 15th and Union Square West. Large coffee and a buttered roll. A Buck 50.

Wierd thing is I was first getting medium coffee form the guy and it was still a buck 50. :lol

How is that healthy?

Usually, it's two bowls of the Honey Nut Heaven:

followed by a glass of OJ.

I'm 6'1 and weigh about 135 pounds... I just don't gain weight and I eat like a vaccum a lot, just not in fatty foods.

If that be the case, more power to you.

I wake up too late to have breakfast, but my first meal of the day is usually some sort of cereal with fiber to keep me regular and whatnot. Gotta have that fiber. On a good day I'll follow it up with eggs and toast. Matter fact, that's what I'll do now.

Wake up, turn on espresso-machine, work out (every second day or so), and start making the breakfast:

- Cereal consisting of a cereal (any will do... the one I find good and healthy for the moment), naturel yoghurt, honey, dried figs, dried apricots, dried prunes, dried dates, dried berries, nuts (hazelnuts for the moment), a quarter of an apple and maybe some fresh mint if I have some.
- Smoothie consisting of the rest of the apple, and two or three other fruits (banana, mango, passion fruit, pear, lime, kiwi... any combination works), plus some frozen berries and some orange or "tropical" juice, all thrown into a blender.
- By this time the Silvia will be hot enough, so I make one single macchiato and one single cappuccino (whole milk), topped with cinnamon, sugar and cocoa-powder.

Every day. Breakfast rocks.

No matter what, I'm not *generally* hungry in the morning. But if I am, I'll stop by a deli or something and get either scrambled eggs, or fried egg whites and a few strips of bacon.

With OJ, of course.
