Sadako's powers border on godlike and she's basically an immortal psychic entity.
None of the characters listed can do anything to hurt/stop her. Invisible woman in the comics can block psychic/psionic attacks, and she could simply blow up the heads of all the other characters.

Explain to me how Rogue wouldn't just knock everyone's head clean off. She'd throw immortal beings into space.

That doesn't mean much when comparing fictions, akasha also isn't really a god, she was the first vampire and thus they revere her as a god and she's probably the most powerful vampire aside from dracula, but there's absolutely nothing she can do against sadako who is a reality warper, comics invisible woman is the only one with defenses against that, jessica alba version would be super screwed too.
 
Can't Rogue become a temporary demigod? If she has Wolverine healing factor + Ms. Marvel strength/ flight + Professor X brain control then idk how she loses to anyone on that list.

nah she isn't, she has different powers because she's the first, dracula is the same since he's not from her bloodline because he became one from a curse directly from heaven (so he would be immune to her extra abilities that only affect her bloodline). She's just a really strong, perfect vampire.

Since the list seem to be film characters, then no she can't, it's pretty rough on her to take on even one ability let alone several; she's done the several powers thing in the comics, but sadako still has her beat in the mind department and invisible woman in the raw power department.
 
In this big brawl, if Buffy or Wednesday dies, everyone dies. No else can kill a Japanese spirit that can kill you in 7 days.

If the group keeps the above two alive just to kill Samara/Sadako, then after the spirit dies, Rogue wins.

have red her books but yes filme based this one. she is not a vampire, vampires cant set other vampires on fire and she cant be harmed unless she opens herself up

That is what she was granted as one of her abilities as the first vampire, the reason she can set other vampires on fire is because they are part of her bloodline, she can't do any of those things to dracula for instance since his vampirism comes from heaven itself; and she dies if her blood is drained, invisible woman can just push all the blood out of her body, or crush her into a tennis ball.

she is not a vampire but the begining of vampires there is a difference

The difference is that she's more powerful than any who were turned to vampires, like I said her and dracula are pretty much the same, first of their kinds because of a curse, but just because they are more powerful vampires doesn't mean they aren't vampires.

Buffy handled way worse threats with ease. And if she does die, another Slayer is born so eventually they will win. Throw in her Scooby-Doo Gang for research and back up and it's absolutely no question. Willow the witch, Anya the demon, werewolf guy, sexy Zander, Angel and Spike in a pinch.

...she's not, she got betrayed and murdered and before her spirit could pass on, an enraged spirit, the actual origin of vampirism in that continuity, stopped her spirit from being able to pass on, bonded with it and cursed her with vampirism; she's a vampire that has extra abilities because of that spirit, she doesn't pass on the spirit when turning someone, just the base curse, so she remains the most powerful.

But all in all it doesn't matter, if you want to think of her as "god", feel free, sadako still bodies her powerset free.

Rey has a pretty decent powerset, her best asset in this fight is that jedi are really stupidly fast, but akasha and buffy are really fast too; if she can take those two out first then she has a decent chance at surviving until sadako kills her.

Invisible Woman is up there because she not only turns invisible, she also is able to create forcefields strong enough to stop a punch from She-Hulk. If she went all out, she could create forcefields inside people and blow them up, use forcefields to chop off heads or cut off peoples' oxygen, etc.

Vader was nerfed by default, I would eat up a well done "What If" about him killing Obi Wan and keep his "human" form instead of being a barely functioning cyborg.
 
The spirits only feeds on fear from powerless being have you seen them actually inflict any damage
