Who owns all three consoles?

I own all three... but I really only own and Xbox and GC so that I can laugh at them each day as I walk by to turn on my PS2... no really I spent 15 minutes yesterday laughing at my GC calling it a kiddie console, pointing at it... laughing, rolling on the floor crying....

not, but I do own all three.

Only a PS2 and Gamecube. But I REALLY wanted an Xbox after seeing games like Full Spectrum Warrior and Phantom Dust. Now getting an Xbox seems kinda dumb, I mind as well wait for the Xenon.

I own them all. I buy every console on launch day. Have been for ages. Even if I don't have a particular interest I'll still buy them based on the fact that I don't want to miss any console specific exclusives.

Xbox and PS2. I'd like a prettier RE4 and F-Zero GX, but not enough to buy a Gamecube just yet. I'll probably wait until the system's beyond dead.

I own all the consoles, bought none on launch day, and play none. GBA:SP is the realest ish.

I got about 4 games per console. Or maybe 6 for gamecube.

I only own Gamecube and PS2. However, the Xbox is an awesome system, and I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I didn't know it'll stop being supported in less than a year from now.

I do however own 6 games for it. No doubt I'll buy one once its discontinued for 40-50 bucks. At the very least its worth having for emulation purposes.

I gots
gamecube x2
ps2 x2
xbox
gb player
gbasp
n64
dreamcast
genesis

dont know whether I'll be getting a ds or psp, no games I really want yet

I used to...

But the GC just didn't have the right software that appealed to me. I'm more of a FPS, fighting and sports gamer. SO you can see why it collected dust in my household.

As it stands...

The list.
NES
SNES
Genesis
NGPC
Saturn
Dreamcast
PS2 w/ fliptop
Xbox
PC (just discovered the wonder of Empire Earth)

Sold or traded:
NGCD w/ games (found out I could run my NGCD games on the DC)
3DO
Sega Nomad (loved this)
TG-16
Atari Jaguar (what a god damned waste)

I have a US/Jap modded GC, a Pal GC, a Pal PS2 and a Pal Xbox.
Out of the three most of my time is spent on the GC, then the PS2 and I do very little gaming on the xbox (it's pretty much there for halo and a few other gems it has).

I own all three current gen consoles + 1 (Dreamcast).

My console status:

PS2
Gamecube
Xbox
Dreamcast
PSX
Saturn
N64
SNES
Genesis (32x, SEGA CD)
NES
Sega Master System
Turbo Grafx 16
Gameboy (original)
Gameboy Color
Gameboy Advance
Ngage (I got it for free, don't hate)
Nintendo DS
Sony PSP (technically, it's not here yet... but since March 24 is only a week away...)
Atari Lynx (I finally found one in good condition...)
Game Gear
Virtual Boy
SEGA Nomad
NeoGeo Pocket

Just a PS2 and Gamecube. About 26 GC titles and 11 PS2 titles. I would have had bought an Xbox, but almost all the games I wanted to play it on have been released on PC or are soon to be released on PC.

Got 4 out of 3! What happened to Dreamcast being part of this gen huh?...You can still get 'em on eBAY! :D

As for games...lost track...emm, prolly a couple of dozen on each...

I got my Xbox for Father's Day the 1st year it launched.

Gamecube was an Xmas present from my sister. It was the Zelda bundle.

The PS2 I only got just recently, maybe like 4 months or so. I "came into" some extra $$, so I copped a used one from EB.

Besides those, I have my Saturn hooked up via S-Video on the same TV (36" Sony Vega XBR) and my Dreamcast is running on the VGA box on my older CRT monitor in the bedroom.

Oh yeah, I got the Gameboy Player for the GC, which should count for like 1/2 a console since it's like a SNES.

I own all three plus a modded Xbox. I'm gonna get a PSP in the summer, most likely, cause it's damn cool. I'm looking to dump my GC though if I can get a good price for it.

25 Xb games, 20 PS2, 2 GC.

I don't understand ppl who say "I don't own X console but I'll get it in 10 years when it's dirt cheap!"

All the games will have aged and not be as good as they were at the time of release. If you really like a handful of games for a console, then just BUY it. There's no excuse if you are holding off these for example:

GCN + RE4 + F-Zero GX + Metroid Prime + Twin Snakes = good times

Xbox + Splinter Cell + Halo + Halo 2 + Rallisport = good times

PS2 + GT4 + GTA:SA + MGS3 + ICO = good times

I can understand ppl not buying consoles on launch but waiting more then 4+ years after release is just stupid if you are definately going to get it eventually. I did that with the SNES and never "treasured" the so-called classics like Zelda:LttP, Super Metroid, SMW etc. I really missed out on some great gaming. Those games still hold up pretty good and were good when I played them, but I would have gotten so much more out of them if I had played them closer to their releases.

And if you are one of those hardcore nuts that owns over 30 games on any of the consoles you own already, and want to get another console but can't justify it to play a handful of fantastic games, well you aren't really a true gamer. And I really find it hard to believe that you could choose any of the consoles and not find more then 6 fantastic games to play. Even GCN.

I only own a GCN (which I play the most) and an Xbox (mainly for Media Player). I could easily get by on one console though. Ideally I'd love to own all consoles. I could afford it but I choose not to as I don't have enough time to play the consoles I own anyway.

I own all three (and multiple consoles). I'm not going to even attempt to name all my titles, I posted my setup in the Gaming Setup pics thread a while back, take a look.

I enjoy all three some more than others. My preference this gen has been XBox (becuase of titles I like and XBox LIVE). GC is cool, but was collecting dust until RE4. I like my PS2 but I think its overrated but has game I like so I own it.

I consider myself a hardcore gamer, but that's a relative term. I don't know if I'll own all three next gen, so software will be the determining factor. To be honest if I would've skipped PS2 and GC this gen I wouldn't have batted an eye. If any of these companys want my commitment next gen then they have to deliver on the goods. This E3 had better be outstanding...but I'm digressing....

i own too many systems

but more importantly I finally hooked up my dreamcast through vga - and hot damn does it look good.

I own a PS2 and Xbox. I hardly ever touch the Xbox, as there just isn't anything worth playing on the system, imo. I actually bought a Cube for Metroid Prime, after all the raves it garnered. Hated it, so I sold the Cube. Next gen, I intend to own only one console. It won't be the Xbox180 or Devolution.

Bought Dreamcast twice (I sold the second one which was the biggest mistake.). Bought PS2 twice. Bought a GameCube twice. Maybe I should stop letting my little brothers mess with my systems seeing how these things keep breaking. Got an Xbox and DS (Gave the GBA to my brother) and am waiting for next week to get my PSP. Also, I have some old school systems which still work. Oh, and this PC. Lately I've been working on my backlog of games, but don't have nearly as many as some of the hardcore on this board. Personally, I don't see how I would get by without all 3. I need me Xbox Live, the PS2's exclusives, and Nintendo's goodness. Next gen I think I'm gonna hold off a little while instead of being an early adopter. Like someone said in another thread, this hobby is expensive. I am thinking about selling the DS for now and picking it up again once online play comes since I could use me some money, though.

I own a Sega Dreamcast (Bought it at $100), Sony Playstation 2 (Bought it at the re-launch), and Nintendo Gamecube (Bought it at launch). Don't have an X-Box because a friend has one and I'm not interested in any of its games or its online component. I also had the following systems:

PC
Nintendo Gameboy Player
Nintendo Gameboy Advance
Nintendo Gameboy Pocket
Nintendo 64
Sega Saturn
Sega 32x
Sega Genesis
Nintendo Entertainment System
Atari

I own a PS2 and Gamecube. Bought a PS2 on launch (Play my PS2 most right now) and a gamecube about a year after launch of that system. Wind Waker, F-Zero and all those other classic franchises were just too pretty sitting on the store shelf and I couldnt play them. Had to get them. Dont own a X-box, never really was interested in the game lineup. It's a good system if you like the sort of games that the system has. (Only SF3:3d strike and other 2d Beat'em'Up's, I like the fact that you can play them online) Next gen I can picture myself tying to squeeze in the purchase of 2 systems.

Yes I own all three systems plus the DC.

Sadly, I like all the systems, but I don't have much time to play games anymore. Next gen, I'm probably going to be a one console gamer, if that.

I own 2 out of 3 (PS2 and GCN), but my fiancee's brother (who is in the same house) has an Xbox, so I play that occasionally. There's just not enough on the system that interests me (the Halos are good, KOTOR, uhh.. Conker whenever it comes out).

I have 40+ GCN games and around 25ish PS2 games. Mostly play the GCN though.

I also have a GBA and DS with around 10 GBA games, and 2 DS games.

EDIT: I as well also own a bunch of older consoles/handhelds but don't feel like listing them.. except the Virtual Boy! YEAH, baby! Galactic Pinball >>> you.

GC and XBOX for me. I sold my ps2 a while back because I never played it, the majority of the games I buy are multiplatform which are better on xbox anyway.

I have all three systems, love them all for different reasons.

I own :

Xbox X 2
GameCube X 2
PS2
Super NES
Genesis
Saturn
Dreamcast (broken)
Nintendo DS
but the only one I would save if my house was on fire :

Umm.. because we all don't have an unlimited supply of disposable income? DUH.

some of us have these things.. they are called bills and food. They kind of take precendence over me being an early adoptor. If I can wait a month and watch the price fall to half... I will.

A good game is a good game regardless if I paid $50 or $15.

If I can get a system for under $100 as opposed to $300 I will... There are exceptions of course...

Smart gamers own all 3

Even though hardly anything interests me on GC, i just own one becuase as a gamer, you should. It has 1 or 2 gems like RE4 and Zelda, but as far as the generation goes? meh!

Ps2+Xbox, best of east and west

Same situation here...

NES: baseball stars
DC: samba de amigo, typing of dead, MVC2
GC: Zelda, MP
XBOX: Halo2, Fable
DS: Mario64, Yoshi
PS2: GT3,
GBA: Castlevania, FFI,II
N64:RE2
PS1 wit 5" Sony screen SOTN, DDR

I don't know why you have so many games. I can't stand more than one game at a time and any game I'm not using get sold.

PS2 - 48 games (purchased for Onimusha)
GC - 15 games (purchased at launch, suckered by Luigi's Mansion and Rogue Squadron :| )
Xbox - 19 games (purchased for Jet Set Radio Future)
