Cavill is already tied down as what’s his name in the Mission Impossible films, so he’s out.
Coming back into that franchise would literally be mission impossible considering how it plays out for him in the movie.

Why Michael B Jordan? They're just throwing random names in there? Man's American. Or they just needed people to fill up that monochrome row and he's one of the few black actors they could think of?

Cavill or Hardy, both good actors, both make my girlie parts tingle, I am happy with either choice. I just read the other day that Tom Hardy was no longer the bookies favorite to get the role anymore, he was the frontrunner for a long time.

Hardy is a good fucking shout for a bruiser Bond just like Craig.

But then again Cavill can fill that type of role too. He was great in Mission Impossible.

Eh, going to be tough for them to pick the right guy.

Henry Cavill is 007

Tom Hardy but only if the new films are one to one to the books a bit like Casino Royal but a bit more "gritty" and not the fantasy comic book shit that they currently are.

Always wanted Idris myself, he's got the acting chops and the presence to carry it off, but Cavill does seem like a decent bet.

I'd cast Ricky Whittle from American Gods. He's British. Mixed race. Looks like he can handle himself. Looks good in a suit and women love him (well my wife does).

I voted for Hemsworth - while Cavill seems as an obvious choice at the first glance, IMHO he's face is just just too gentle/polite, like sort of an aunt's boy, I just cannot see him as a cold-blooded, calculated assassin in any action sequence, be it chase/escape, driving or gunfight scene, he would IMO look confused rather than focused. He's good for slower-paced movies but not such dynamic ones like Bond. Hemsworth on the other hand is already familiar with action movies, Netflix' Extraction being the best example here, he just need to learn some good manners and savoir-vivre for the non-action sequences.

We ain't outta here in ten minutes, we won't need no rocket to fly through space
Cavill's a pretty strong choice and probably who I'd put money on to actually land the role. I like most of the actors on the OP and yet don't really want/see many of them as Bond. Who the fuck put Tom Holland in there? Stop it.

Previously I would have loved to see Clive Owen in the role but the dude's 57 now, and while I personally would love to see a really stripped back version of Bond with less Hollywood action and more intrigue/mystery/spy/undercover/infiltration, it won't sell.

I can't see Cavill in the role, it would be like Pierce Brosnan again : too much of a pretty face, that would fit "cheesy Bond" more than "gritty Bond".
Cillian Murphy would be an interesting choice, I never considered it but it could work.

Henry Cavill is the natural choice, but to me it would feel kind of "boring".

I'd like a hard-ass like Cillian Murphy.

Idris Elba is also good. Slightly old but if they acknowledge that in the movies I don't personally mind.

Pierce Brosnan was the perfect James Bond, there will never be another bond as great as him.

Elba can't carry a film on his own, he is a trumped up TV star with a pretty abyssmal cinema record as a lead even if I do like most of his performances. I doubt he is a serious contender. Plus he is far too old. Cavill the only clear option out of that list.

Heh heh about Heard. I'm not sure the Bond Girl curse is still going strong but if there was ever someone who deserved it, it's her.

Out of that list (and any list for that matter) definitely Cavill. Idris could've been awesome but I think that ship has sailed with his age being up there.
