Microsoft makes some very good mouses and keyboards. One of my favorite was the Microsoft Trackball Explorer Mouses they made back in the late 90s. Felt great had good weight and had a lot of good buttons. Twenty years later? Gone. Expensive as hell to find a used one.
More recently I was using a Microsoft keyboard for my tablet and phone. I got it back in 2012 with my Samsung S3 or a Samsung OLED tablet. I found this keyboard on clearance at a target for about 30 bucks. Cool. My girlfriend takes it with her and I'm like "I'll just get another one" Not at best buy, walmart, target, office depot, staples. It just did a poochie and went back to its home planet. 50 bucks used, 150 new for something that was 30-40 new.
Chris Rock had it right. Anything good just dies never to be seen again. Tupac Gone, Biggie, Gone, Vanilla Ice still alive. Microsoft Trackballs gone, tablet keyboards? Gone. Windows phones that didn't spy on me unlike Android? Gone. Zune? Gone.
