PS5 pro has been out for more than 2 months now. I have been looking on the internet and couldn't find anything. Assuming RT circuitry is based on the RDNA 4. Sony hasn't shared any details on this yet. Could they be waiting for AMD to officially announce it?

Those die shots are done by third parties. Not Sony.
And it requires decapping the chip, which kills it.
The equipment to shoot the picture is also expensive and rare.
So very few people can do it.

Just give it time, it takes time melting the die with acid, you ruin lots of them before getting a good shot at it.
