This long news blackout by Nintendo could backfire.
It's certainly backfired for me as far as I'm concerned. Fuckers. I'm angry. I'm genuinely angry.

And Harker had to tell us some games at GDC were looking hot.
*crumble crumble*
These last days, it seems that some of you are fed up to speculate, and just want screenshots & the revelation of the final hardware![]()
And I tell you another thing. The next wanker that comes in this thread and teases about something he knows about WiiU but can't spill the beans because of a NDA is going to get a right rollicking from me.
Either spill the beans or fuck off. Stop cock teasing.
It could be relevant to the Wii U, by some stretched thinking,
Even though I don't except anything interesting from the GDC, I'm still somewhat excited. Just why?

We are fed up with waiting. It's around a whole year with no concrete news. Fuck that.
Harker did more harm than good :lol

I'm fed up as well.
Not only that, but they are taking a HUGE risk by betting the horse on E3...
I think we'll most likely get some information on the WiiU at Nintendo's financial year-end investor's meeting.
Will it be what GAFers want? Of course not. What it will be is something to calm nervous stockholders about the upcoming console. It probably won't be specs, but more likely a reveal of a partnership with a third party or unrevealed features of the WiiU (if there are any).
Who says they are???
That's months away, they could give information any day they want to whether through Nintendo Direct or some late-minute "conference".
lolololololololol
It's all going to be at E3. And it's going to disappoint. Period.
So I've been out of the loop since about Sunday, has anything new broken out that I should be updated on?

Please, someone, put some relaxing music on the speakers![]()
nah, just a lot of teasing![]()
I'm fed up. Can you tell.
I am now officially de-hyped.
I'm fed up as well.
No, no, NO! I won't accept this!
NEED MORE COAL!
Wednesday 3:30 - 4:30 pm PST. Room 132, North Hall. What time is Koichi Hayashida from EAD Tokyo making his presentation ?
I feel like there's a reasonable chance we'll hear some new 3DS games announced. At least there's that...

Id like to say that within five years, certainly well north of 50 percent of our revenue will be coming from digital, and significantly higher than [50 percent] of our operating profit will [come from digital], predicted Christian Svensson, SVP of Capcom Entertainment in an interview with Gamasutra during GDC 2012.
And certainly sometime before five years from now, every game will be digital and retail day and date [same release], he added. On some platforms thats already the case, it is on Vita. In Europe, the PlayStation 3 is already that way. I wish it were that way in the States as well. But Id say thats an inevitability. No one is really fighting that, but the question is when that will occur.
Yeah, I reckon we'll get some 3DS news at least... but I'm hungry for Wii U info!
Nintendo really are bastards.
Just like last E3 disappointed(moreso 2010's), huh????
;]
Is Nintendo really good at keeping their secrets, or it's just that other companies don't care or deliberately let them away?

So, Capcom games for Wii U available through the Nintendo Network in the early days after the launch (maybe day 1 if the service is operational) ?
Honestly, I think they're paranoid about some secret feature being stolen from them. So they're good at it.
If, for example, Microsoft decides to follow Nintendo into Tablet Controllerland, Nintendo might want to hide one or two final features until it's too late for Microsoft to adapt in response..
