SNES GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE
Not that it's the right or wise thing to do but are any of you guys going to buy third party games from big names just to send a message that there is an audience and home for them on a Nintendo platform???
I don't mean games you have no interest in but moreso ones that look somewhat appealing to you but push you over the top because you want third partys to do well and have a snowball effect??
That picture is scary
Also WTF! to your avatar what is happening in that pic?
Baldur's Gate: Enhanced not coming to Wii U

Seems to me Big N is on the right track.

Ouch. Sounds pretty bad, but I don't see why this would keep him from developing for the Wii U if they have changed.

"demos on iPhone"
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. At least TRY to make it believable.
It's that what's going on while I'm sleeping? Fakes?
IGN - never one to miss the chance to preach "Nintendoomed", is reporting on the Baldurs Gate: Enhanced thing now.

What's the latest thing Trent Oster released? Never heard of him, but his WiiWare criticism is certainly true. But well, it's no longer true for DSiWare or eShop.
What I wonder though is why Nintendo's lotcheck is so difficult to achieve for developers. Why are some games, that are basically finished, held back by this process for more than a year?
Isn't that whole sell x copies to get your money gone with the eShop?

Seven weeks from today. Oh snap.![]()
Sweet Jebus, less than 50 Days.
I can understand why the WiiWare situation might piss smaller devs off, but he can fuck right off with stuff like this.

So it isn't coming to a single console? Idiots Gone Nutty on a keyboard do it again! The game is currently being developed for PC, Mac and iPad
do we know its june 5th? and a time yet?
If it isn't June 5th, then I don't know when it would be.
They won't do it Monday, or Sunday, and certainly not Wednesday.
It's nice that Twitter has allowed the Internet to take its bickering away from forums and basically tell people in the gaming industry directly how silly they are.I can understand why the WiiWare situation might piss smaller devs off, but he can fuck right off with stuff like this.
IP demos is actually believeable in my opinion. It wont be demos of actual games, but own games to promote the IP. They already did that with Pokémon. Lend online bought games however, that sounds fake indeed.Big fake confirmed.
"Nintendo ip demos on iOS "
"Allow people to sell or lend online bought games"
Lol really ?

Pokemon Company did this, not Nintendo.
While Nintendo owns part of the Pokemon license, the PC is able to promote it as they see fit, so they were able to make a really lame iPhone app.

My problems with Nintendo are: requiring 6000 unit sales before payment, a certification process that took us 9 months and a 40mb limit

I see. I still think that it is believeable, but if it will happen and in how large scale is another question.Pokemon Company did this, not Nintendo.

But the pokemon company is two thirds owned by nintendo so basically nintendo do have final say if they want
So i am to believe they didn't know about the size limit and sales status before they started working on it? So mainly he's just angry with himself for not informing him or reading the contract or what?
I don't even know who Trent is, but I already don't like him. I hate when people ignore the obvious just because they have an opinion. What has he done worthy of noting?
He made shareware so you know he has to be evil.I started my career as an independent developer, creating a shareware title called Blasteroids 3D.
Isn't jeuxvideo.com that French gaming site?
He probably knew about it, but that doesnt mean he have to like itSo i am to believe they didn't know about the size limit and sales status before they started working on it? So mainly he's just angry with himself for not informing him or reading the contract or what?

According to his blog
He made shareware so you know he has to be evil.
No, that's GameFreak.
Pokemon Company is separate.
No, he's angry about a system that no longer exists.
IE: He's being a child.
I thought the pokemon company was owned one third each by game freak, nintendo and creatures, with creatures being owned by nintendo anyway meaning thats two thirds nintendo owns
