I'm looking for sound options for next gen. I'll be getting a PS5 and maybe later an Xbox Series X. However, I've been using TVs speakers for years since my last Home Teather broke like 8 years ago.
I've seen that All-in-one home theaters are no longer very common, and instead there's sound bars, which I've been considering too, as well as headphones. I think 3D audio is better experienced with headphones, is that correct?
The headphones I want to focus now are the new Sony WH-1000XM4
I don't care about a proper gaming headset, since I'm not looking for something to chat. I don't play multiplayer, so I just want to focus on the sound.
Are these type of headphones good for playing games and watching movies, or should I need to get more specialized headphones for TV?
