I guess I don't mind Moritani now... It seems like she learned her lesson and paid for it the hard way. I'm neutral now so the next episode will either make or break my thoughts for her.
Definately going to be a coin toss between the mother and the father.. and it wont be pretty.

Yep the anime did have poor battles but they nailed the characters and the social link very well. it's not a bad adaptation

duckroll's already answered you, but I thought it might be useful for people to see the upcoming disc release schedules for anime films as far as we know them at present. I've probably missed a few things off so if anyone knows any other major release dates just let me know. I'm only particularly interested in seeing Fuse and Guskou Budori out of this lot, having been lucky enough to see Wolf Children already - most of the films from the end of last year are still bouncing around in very limited release.

I know it's just finished, but the Library War film ("Wings of Revolution") and last year's version of The Life Of Guskou Budori both came out last month. For some reason, Guskou Budori is categorised by Amazon as being "American TV drama" and a "foreign film". Weird.
I'm sure you'll all be thrilled to know that last year's Jewel Pet movie also came out last week.

The big release is, of course, Wolf Children on the 20th. The Tiger and Bunny movie comes out on the 22nd. with Blood-C following five days later.
Last year's Fairy Tale movie seems to be getting a bundled release with volume 36 of the manga on the 15th, but it's DVD only and I don't think there's a release date for a Bluray edition.

Nanoha A's is out on the 22nd.
April
Fuse is released on the 20th, with last year's Naruto movie out on the 24th, the same day as the Macross FB7 meta-movie-thing.

Flit is saying the Vegans want to destroy humanity, yet Flit wants to destroy all Vegans. Now in all the series of Gundam I've watched (MSG, Zeta, ZZ, Turn-A), nobody ever said 'I want to eradicate the Zeon/Federation/Moonrace/Earthpeople', they want to win a war, but none of them go that far.
Kio is Flit's next tool in his quest to destroy half of humanity. Kio is basically a drone who accepts everything his master tells him to do.
Captain What'sherface is now captain of the Diva, she's ditzy and says her name a lot (Although I've forgotten her name). She'll be the 'character development' for this gen I suppose.
Also the opening, is quite good actually. What is weird is that suddenly space pirates are going to appear soon. Those'll be intersting episodes.
Next Episode: Desert.

I watched up to the full introduction of Frau and, up to that point, there wasn't even any of that in it - there was only the childhood friend, who was clearly far more important than any of the other female characters in that the show basically presents her as the protagonist (although, weirdly, through Kai's perspective). I can't even remember the character names unfortunately

Exactly. AGE is just one series that was met with a collective *shrug*. I also seriously doubt it will have any spillover effect. Unicorn ep 6 comes out next month and I expect that to sell very well, and by the time we get to The Origin no one will even care about about AGE (if there are any that still do).
Also the Smile Precure movie the same week, if my memory serves correctly.
This is going to be awesome.

Kind of wish Mahiro would get a bit more involved in the plot again but I thought it was a fun and funny episode. Yoshino's expressions and rising to action are really memorable.
. For Mahiro and Yoshino, I like the M and the Y they had on their outfits at one point in the episode, really minor detail but really noticeable. And as usual the music was good fun, and I liked having our hamlet/tempest quotes back.
The Mahiro/Yoshino duet character song is really good too. Hope theres more.

This certainly is an anime that feel different in some ways . Still i'm intrigued by the plot in place. I have no idea what's going on but the cgs battles were very well done and i guess that's that.

There is nothing to understand in BRS TV; Okada made the writing process of the show very clear: "Imaishi and his drunk friends gave me ridiculous plot points barely connected to each other and then I made them even more ridiculous by adding the Okada Touch ™ to them."
