I just remember that I used to ask "why isn't there an SAO OT yet?" at the beginning of Summer out of a desire to siphon a heavy amount of discussion that I had no interest in out of the thread and I felt bad about it afterwards, so I may be seeing what I disliked in myself where it doesn't exist in others.

Good lord, the Kou fleet and their waving flag made Kingdom look like top tier CG.
That said, everything after the credits was superb, even the musical direction had a good moment for a change as Sinbad's return had some real weight to it thanks to that music
I take it this was the show we were supposed to get.

Is this going to be extended past 26 episodes? I don't think a suitable conclusion is coming in 8 eps.

So I just bought the tank for Mix the other day and I have to say I enjoyed it quite a bit. It has all the Adachi-isms you would expect but this time the nostalgia meter is turned all the way up to MAX with the Touch references.

(They even show the Koushien championship plaque that Meisei won 26 years ago)

I hate the fact this is running in a monthly magazine though. Adachi is slow enough with the story developments as it is. This just exacerbates it. Oh well, I hope the story develops nicely and I look forward to the anime adaptation in 5 years.

She is trying to get him to tell her his backstory; that's the main weakness of Omega's Gold Saints. They always go down after telling the Bronze of the week the story of his/her life.

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
An animegaf tumblr would be better as a "posts/quotes of the day". A kind of mix between animesos (90% of the posts) and ColonyDrop (whenever Jexhius posts something worthwhile), highlighting our daily dysfunctional interactions.

Have to say they even cardfight in the most dangerous of conditions, an avalanche even. Loved the episode so much for Toshiki Kai and Crusher Kyou
friendship bond and rivalry forming on actual good turns and not out of spite.

That first person scene was awesome. Actually this was one of my favorite episodes so far, it was cool to see the cast band together on a project while simultaneously causing a ruckus over the supposed curse.

Just created my GOG account (apparently I got Ultima IV for free just for creating an account) for SS2 tomorrow. I will try to get some Utena in this weekend as well. I should start using those hourly planners to plan the way I spend my time better.

There' are otherfree games on there too like the Ultima: Worlds of Adventure games, Beneath a Steel Sky, and a couple others.

Yeah I know but that's the one that stuck out to me. I've been wanting to get into classing CRPGs for a while now (I promise you you will stop wasting away in my Steam catalog and I will play you one day, Fallout and Fallout 2, I really do), so that caught my eye. Though I'm not sure I'm ready for something like that yet.

I think this is the first time I've actually thought about Kanna's clothing style. I've always thought Midori's and Tamako's styles were obvious reflections on her character, but if I think back on it, hasn't Kanna always had a more urban style compared to the rest of the cast?

I could see something like a blog being useful as a way to catalog review posts. We have a lot of experienced and insightful anime watchers in here, and sometimes when someone like PoeticProse, or Jexhius post an interesting review it gets buried in the obscured history of thousands of posts.

Having easy access to some of those things for a longer period of time would definitely be of value.
