Tetsuwan Birdy: Decode S2 3 - 5
Still better than S1. The main plot is developing nicely, and we have more cyberpunk and sci-fi themes, along with more Birdy herself.
Shenanigans have been kept to a minimum for the most part, but the entire latter half of episode 5 focused on Senkawa actually occupying Birdy's body as her consciousness lay dormant, forcing him to play an idol, sign autographs, attend a photo shoot, be on some kind of TV show, and entertain his friends. He also played with Birdy's underpants and visited a spaceship.
Well okay... I'm sure we'll get back on track as there is much to discuss. However the plot (while an improvement) still seems paper thin. The audience already knows who did what, while the bad-guys ponder idly. It doesn't feel as though there is a lot of tension from the audience's point of view, but the show continues to be handled far better than it ever was.
