It was originally planned to be a sequel to Honneamise to be more precise, but after the poor performance of the original and the Japanese economy bubble deflating it was canned. iirc These are some crazy news if it does pan out this time.

Today sure is exciting. At 1pm (a little over 2 hours from now) Satelight will be unveiling Kawamori's new project to the press at TAF.
And as Regulus pointed out yesterday, Saturday (is it?) is when we get Penguinbear stuff (though I still need to watch Penguindrum).

There might also be Sailor Moon news today, if Toei decides to announce anything, since they're at TAF. All the companies who aren't at TAF this year will be at ACE next weekend. In terms of gaming news there's PAX East this weekend, and GDC all through next week as well. End of March seems pretty packed this year in terms of "things happening".
Final Stage shall be the movie title!

Yeah, the original version of Blossom not only has a different song playing but has actual dialogue where the girl is talking. Her dialogue includes things like people wondering about the existence of God and how those who have passed on would like to stay with those who still live on and those who are alive wish they could be with those have passed.
I think the most surprising thing for me about Shingo is that his seiyuu is the same lady(Chiyoko Kawashima) who voiced both Usagi's teacher,Miss Haruna, and Sailor Pluto! I can tell it's her doing both Miss Haruna and Sailor Pluto but if I didn't see her name in the credits I still wouldn't know it was her doing the voice for Shingo.

Brad Bird actually did a great job directing MI:4. I was really surprised how well he did. Andrew Stanton though........oy. That was painful.
