Marlboro: Other M
Well guys, we used to have most game reveals during the E3, or at least the gameplay reveals. However, now that E3 is dead and there is no physical event anymore, I wonder if reveals will still concentrate over some period of the year.
Both Microsoft and Nintendo already did theirs, laying out most of the games they have planned for the current year. They also scheduled more events to show of specific games, like pokemon and age of mythology. We also have even events from other publisher like nancon happening this month. There were rumors of a state of play too coming.
Considering fiscal years ends in March for most game companies, would make sense to reveal the big games in this period? You know, after the season of spending and before they have to reveal their projection?
There is the problem that some games may not be ready to show yet, or that they can end up fighting for attention. What you all think?
