Two things you must absolutely not scrimp on in the kitchen: Knives and pots and pans.

We have some Wusthof knives and All-Clad pans and they are tanks - I'll be buried with those things, LOL

They sold these at Williams-Sonoma when my wife was a manager for them. Or at least, something very, very similar. I think she said she only sold about 3 sets of these the whole time she was there, and this was catering to extremely high-end clientele. It's crazy how much they are.

Yeah and burns onto 3" DVDs. I've seen 3" CDs but never 3" DVDs. And it's 60 min max recording time. Like a VHS camcorder. No thanks.
