What's with the hate? Not getting Little Britain, the best comedy series in ages, to US? I suggest getting a copy and seeing the Andy jokes.

I couldnt stop laughing whilst I wantched Little Britain, its so funny and much better than most American comedies. Lou and Andy, Vicy and Davyth Thomas are the best characters. Have you watched the comic relief episonde Chittagong?

Just seen the first season on DVD and one episode from the second onboard BA. It's just so full of AMAZING and memorable characters:

The Fat Fighers lady, the stage hypnotist, Daffyd the only gay in the village, the small guy with the theme song, Andy and Lou, Vicky "yah but no but yeah but" Pollard, the bad transvestite Emily Howard, the teenager with the crush on the 90 year old lady, the former olympic athlete, the chap who used to have the kids TV show but now works in the hardware store, the former actor who lives with his (almost) dead sister, the Scottish hotel keeper, "eh eh eeeeh" Annie, the young boy whose mom forces him to be an actor, the innovative chap who tries to sell crap ideas to Cereal companies and show agencies - just to mention a few.

Office is fantastic! The UK version that is. Haven't seen the US version but I can imagine that it's horribly lame.

The US version of The Office was surpisingly good. Not as good as original of course. Skip the pilot episode though, it was a remake of the original first episode.

Seriously overrated. First few shows were neat but the gags were just repeated for the rest of the series.

I don't know how many times they've ripped the "I want that one!" joke.

The repitition is one of the main reasons that joke is funny! The way that guy always tells an elaborate backstory and seems to mention some great insight the retard in the wheelchair apparently had is classic.

Can't you just change your avatar back? Little Britain is an awesome show. The announcer is the best character as well.

Little Britain was good when it first appeared, something fresh (well sorta a lot of the character including lou and andy originated in Rock Profile) but now every1 quotes it including ni's chav population loving it has resulted in me not liking it anymore. It seems like after 2 series its already run its course. It's going to end up like the fast show imo.

uhh no, when every1 around u keeps quoting it constantly things get old very quickly, jokes don't have the same impact when u hear them about 5 times a day you know? If u live in the uk (which u may well do) you know what its like, its just gotten bleh. I still watch it from time to time have series1 on dvd but I think it's a victim of its own success again just like the Fast Show was, sketch shows with repeting characters all go that way.

I wasn't all that impressed by Monkey Dust, it seemed like the pseudo-dark kind of social satire that trenchcoat kids dig.

Little Brittain is pretty great though, and I really liked Chittagong's avatar.

Sorry to see it go.
