So absurd how the Chinese come out in droves. I wouldn't be surprised if every Soulslike going forward will be set in China. Absolutely insane. Another win for 50$ games too

I'll test it out today on a rig without any obvious hw restrictions. The only UE5 game with stable performance so far among all I've played is Avowed.

Turns out there are more than 30 million gamers in the world.

Today I'd say that Gamepass is almost like an ad campaign for games not laser focused on Xbox. It gets more people talking, more people playing, and there are still enough people without access to Gamepass that has to go out purchasing the games instead when there is hype.
 
I don't get people bitchin' about souls-likes. It's a god damn action game. How can one not like an action game when it's pretty much pure gameplay without any Sony branded walking n talking bs?

Has always been the case.

Expedition 33, Stalker 2, Oblivion Remastered, etc. all sold pretty well in the last 12 months. There are other examples as well.

Game Pass doesn't have many PC subscribers, so the sales aren't affected that much on PC. If a game is good, it will sell well on Steam.
 
CHINA is not fucking around with gaming. They are going to destroy every other region next gen. Game is of such high quality for a first time studio, insane
 
That chinese review bomb dayum. I guess everyone in china is playing on a MX440 Intel Celeron PC's? How did they run Wukong then?
 
Performance issues seems to be a big oof, even on consoles. Better to wait a year until the devs have fixed the game.
 
I don't see CCU going much higher on Sunday given the initial performance impressions sadly. Pc players also complain a lot, jeez.

CCU is climbing, the Chinese are logging in. I remember that Wukong actually peaked on the second weekend, not the first
 
Each time I see these Chinese souls games being successful on steam makes me think what the fuck is Sony doing not releasing Bloodborne or Demon Souls Remake on there.
