Win by KO is just such a great concept. On the one hand, it makes Owens look super strong, as it counts as a clean win.On the other hand, Zayn could always say he wasn't pinned, and have a point. It just protects both of them so well.

I can see people not liking the first half of the match, and in terms of workrate it didn't follow the previous 2, but this was Chapter 1 of a (hopefully) long and exciting series.

Which I think is one of the major flaws of NXT. By going in front of the same crowd you can create reactions by bonding with them, but once you get in front of new people by getting called up, it's not guaranteed to translate, and so you get the kneejerk "BUT I THOUGHT THIS GUY WAS POPLAR IN NXT" from corporate and proceed to kill his push.

They are rectifying this with touring however.

With main WWE TV booking everything around making Cena and whoever vince has a boner for that month to look strong and sacrificing the rest of the roster to do it and TNA being TNA its hard to forget how simple it is to put on a good wrestling show.

The women stole the show for the second event in a row, I'm blown away by how well they worked the fatal-4-way, it's usually a cluster with 2 people out for a long stretch of time, instead they had everyone interfering every 4 minutes with great combinations.

I for sure thought Baley had it with the belly to belly from the top rope but I'm so glad Sasha won.

I wish the Baron/Bull match was a little longer and pulled no punches. They played it the hell safe for a no dq match. I was expecting brutality instead of softening up Baron for his typical squash victory.

nXt makes me remember why I love wrestling and have been watching for 25 of my 30 years.

You shouldn't book it the same. But remember, HHH was MADE during the Attitude era. He understands the top-to-bottom booking that's missing today.

Yeah. Plus I would say you only need to look at any recent feud like the current Sting stuff, his matches with Undertaker or last year with Bryan when Triple H has direct creative control to see his booking style.

Dude has that less = more attitude when it comes to booking matches / segments but isnt afraid of pushing the edges of the PG rating when it seems right. It shows on main WWE TV and it shows on NXT.
