Why is it that AKI could achieve better animation on the N64?

Uhhh..Smackdowns animations are much better than AKI's. Especially the newer ones they've added. The thing they really need to improve on is hit detection, at least in the AKI games you can pull off great planchas/dives.

Some of the new ones are good, but as a whole Aki is still the animation king when it comes to moves.
