What I'm hearing is HHH builds people correctly in NXT just to book them like shit when they hit Main Roster? How does that make sense?

Because booking people in NXT is easy and booking people when you’ve got 3 hours to fill and can’t just pick a bunch of indie guys who are good and put them in a main event is hard.
