WWE TLC '15 |OT| A great jumping on point for new & lapsed fans

The show was watchable with some parts enjoyable. Much better than we've been seeing these past weeks (or month).

First match was the best. Ambrose still is having the loudests pops from the crowd, and WWE won't put him in the main picture for real. sigh.

Wyatts vs ECW was not good. Mostly because that shitty idea of having Tables matches beign either elimination or the end of the match beign a broken table. That kills all the momentum of breaking a table, specially with the Dudleys.

The end was good. I hope they don't screw up Roman again. I really feel for him, I mean the guy is not terrible, has flaws and it's not good on the mic, but the booking around him has just been making him look bad. This is the first time since The Shield when he has legit looked good. He must put that frustration to work in benefit for him, either as a heel or a badass that doesn't speak much but wrecks everybody.

We'll see tomorrow's RAW. Please don't suck.

Everyone making Roman look strong.

Guess that's one way to write Triple H off TV also to explain him probably not showing up in person at Takeover.

Lol at Bryan Alvarez going in on Roman Reigns and WWE in his review.

I can't wait to hear Austin's thoughts on the past week of WWE. Then read a commercial about a Deer Hunting game app.

The crowd shat on the match for 90% of the time, chanted everything from John Cena, to Daniel Bryan, NXT to god knows what else. Then, seeing the guys break their bones and actually go through hell they finally got into the idea that Roman was gonna climb that ladder, the pop would have been semi there for him but-

No. Interference. And the steam that they barely built up, is gone. Him beating the shit out of LoN was at least better than him weeping in the ring. But little to no reaction there.

But beating up Hunter was good, because Hunter is over. "I AM OVAH AHHH!". Turns out beating the shit out of people who are over is actually good for you. I hope he is arrested on RAW and he breaks loose and sets Stephanie on fire or something, ok maybe too crazy, but goes nuts again

Just saw this now.

So they got whoever that's been booking Brock Lesnar to book Roman Reigns? I guess it worked. I like how he was walking up the ramp and decided to turn back and hit HHH one more time. Huge pop from the fans. Definitely booked similar to Lesnar.

Will be interesting to see if the crowd shits on him tomorrow. I've always liked bad-ass Reigns, so if they're going this direction, well then I'm down. I'm sure they'll fuck it up, though.

Haven't been keeping up with wrasslin for some time now while its been shitting it up. Where's Brock? Did he come back after that MSG show? Are they holding him for Mania?

You're welcome. #ThankYouBoston #WWETLC

Guy still has a douchebag attitude.

Like others have said, they were chanting "Thank you Roman".

But this pretty much solidifies that it's no heel/anti-hero turn.

They're just going for a Daniel Bryan push with a more aggressive progression.

TLC just made me feel sorry for the talent. They did their jobs well but with no good build or story a lot of the people didn't care. Apart from the New Day and the ending people just didn't care.

Sheamus destroyed his body just to get "we want Cena" "Daniel Bryan" chants and well, he deserves better. The guy could be a monster heel and he is just a coward heel.

And I don't get the crowds reaction to the last segment. Thank you Roman? For what? HHH didn't do anything. Sure, he is an ass but he didn't mess with the match, Sheamus did. And then gets beat down like he is responsible for something. I don't get it.

Ambrose winning the belt in a match with no story or build is a major sign of why this product just doesn't work for me. Made no sense and I couldn't care less now.

The wheel keeps on spinning.

EDIT: People here seemed to love that ending. Well, at least it's working for some people. I just couldn't get into it.

Ha. You were talking complete garbage, bro. Roman worked damn hard in that match including the aftermath. You should have watched it. Definitely deserved the "Thank you, Roman" chant. Give the guy a break.

Were they? I didn't watch. I thought they were chanting everything else except for chanting for him? Did they get behind him after the attack on HHH?

You didn't even watch and you are making judgement calls?
Seriously people like you are a huge part of the problem.
Not saying that they are putting out a great product, but damn.

I am not going to put much stock into the crowd chanting Thank You Roman. The crowd on Monday was popping for Tater Tots.

I still think they actually did all the right things with Roman last night. Let's hope they don't fuck it up.

He needs to come out strong and angry.

So I stopped watching in the middle of the Sheamus vs. Reigns match, but did they seriously do another "make Reigns look strong" thing at the end after he lost???

That end segment still bugs me. Roman Reigns showed fire, and emotion.

Where was that during the match with Sheamus? Both him and Sheamus didn't put anything into that match. I don't even want to say it was going through the motions, it was more like going through the motions half ass.

But then the match ends, with the flattest ending for a TLC match ever in Roman failing to get back on the ladder or even topple the ladder before Sheamus grabs the belt he finds the fire needed during the match and takes it out on Sheamus and God King Hunter.

I don't get it. He's good in big angles, but sucks the life out of matches and can't cut a promo to save his life...and it's not the material, you can save shitty tater tots.

He's always been best as a tag team Goldberg, so singles Goldberg is best for him right now. No talking, just intensity.

Thought TLC was a good show, I was sports entertained

Hoping Reigns just shows up and wrecks people tonight, no long-winded promos PLEASE

Watched the PPV

Enjoyed the Tag Team championship match

New Day is awesome and the best thing they have now.

Ambrose vs Owens was cool

Main event was Okay I guess

The rest were meh

Ending was pretty good but I felt Reigns didnt show enough motion - he was...just there.

The dude cried last time. How much emotion do you want?

As expected, another boring predictable ending. They desperately need some actual talented writers. Hilarious Sheamus is going into "the road to wrestlemania" as champion. That'll bring the viewers for sure.

It's gonna suck when Steph comes out, cuts a 20 minute promo to emasculate Roman(the absolute last thing he needs right now) and then he just stands there and takes it cause he can't do anything to her. Not even Rock and Brick were safe from her.
Time to emergency call up family member Nia Jax to protect Roman from Steph.

I'd have to say that tonight's RAW was the best one I've seen all year, and Roman vs Shamus fight was awesome! Well done, Roman. Well deserved.

Went into this PPV expecting the worst but found it to be pretty enjoyable. Callisto's insane ladder spot was the highlight, natch, but I loved the ending too.

Vince is too old for t.v.. When did that happen? Everything from his voice to how tired he looked in the face. To him gingerly walking to get anywhere. Sad to see honestly.

The man is 70 years old. That being said, it seems like he's aged a ton in the last 5 years or so.

Definitely. Just shocking to see as a long time fan. I Can't remember when he was last on tv regularly. I'm guessing the end of summer of punk 4ish years ago. It looks like he aged 10 years in 4years Real time. End of an era i guess.

As a non-U.S. person, thanks for the spoilers in a thread about an event for the night before.

Get real, man. I'm in Japan and I still watched it, you can too but you chosen not to. The talk about Roman was covered everywhere including Yahoo News, Wrestle Inc and many other sites on their front page from the moment it happened. You had the option to avoid looking at those sites and you especially had the option to not read any forum that talks about wrestling too (case in point, PPV events and the always must-see RAW that happens after that event) but you still came here anyway. You came to a forum that, 9 out of 10, always talks about a WWE PPV event and the RAW show that takes place after that said event all in the same thread. When I posted - which didn't contain a spoiler - it was hours after the RAW show too. So please don't blame me for something that you had all the tools available to avoid; it is not hard to blanket yourself away from the wrestling world & community during a PPV period in order to avoid potential spoilers and alike. It was all down to you.

RAW is broadcast live between 1am-4am where I am. That's not realistically feasible to watch. In Japan, it would have been approximately 10am and a lot less of a problem. I avoided Twitter, I avoided the news, I avoided the GAF Wrestling Thread where all the talk of RAW normally happens.

I woke up at about 7.30am, checked GAF whilst having my breakfast and figured it'd be safe to check the chat in the thread that is supposed to be about the TLC PPV before I watched RAW on the DVR. I may have only started following WWE on GAF this year, but it has never been the case so far that RAW-talk happens in the PPV thread.

At the very least, could you not perhaps use spoiler-tags for a result like that when you're posting less than a few hours after the event?
