you have to choose to set up one guide. If you don't it doesn't exist.
you can still if you wish have it control your tv, set top box and Av receiver. They are set up in a separate menu.
Yeah just one before I go to bed. I still have hope I'll receive my console today, don't wanna miss the UPS guy (several packages incoming actually).

Well, I preordered Zoo Tycoon from Walmart.com thinking it would be here for the launch. Hasn't even shipped yet but has been "processing" (which means I can't cancel the order) for eight days now. Lovely service. Should have just planned on hitting a Walmart store after Gamestop tonight.
Oh well. Will have plenty of games while I wait for it. My daughter is excited for it, though.
24 minutes to the Spike launch special. Will watch that and then head out to GS (it will be ten pm here when it is over). Temperature is down to two degrees. Will be a cold launch.

Gamestop has them for 40 dollars.
I got one earlier today.
The keychain was not included but I did also get that at gamestop for free.

But 14 days will be perfect. Any restrictions on 14 day trials?
Edit: wait does that include the $20 killer instinct?? I'll be stopping by GameStop if so...
That's fine and I know there is no thread for it but man does it annoy me. It happened last week and it had me scared to turn on my PS4. I feel for the people who's system goes to hell but there is no way to know what the extent of anything right now.

they are trying to spread that thing, obviously some people will believe it.
I mean I haven't even gotten the console and I'm super disappointed from what I have seen. I love new technology. If it is really bad I will be taking it straight back to the store before the return date.
I've just got early adopter fever. However, I can tell this thing is half baked at best and I really should not be buying this at launch. Thought it would be nice to at least be able to compare it to my ps4.

Pretty sure Maninthemirror meant that the disc grinding noise was the major issue right now, not that hardware problems are a major issue with Xbox One.

That is usually handled by the in game options, not globally.

No. On 360 there was a global setting for it which turned it off in all games.

This was an option on 360. Why is this missing on the Xbox One? Ugh man.
Also this shit fest that is language right now. No Microsoft I don't want to play all of my games in German just because you force me to use German as a system language. Damn man this thing will be unusable for me the first few months. Thank god the PS4 comes out next week.
If the game allows it, yeah. But NFS Rivals doesn't have that option.

I can just take it back. I like to decide the situation of the console on my own. I bought a PS4 last week and i'm getting an X1 this week.
I'll have some good feeling of how these next gen consoles compare at launch.

That would definitely surprise a lot of people considering that MS is launching in more countries worldwide and may have set some of the yield to other countries than the US.
Well got Forza up an running. Really loving those impulse triggers I know I've mentioned it a thousand times already but damn it's probably my favorite new thing about the console. Those Day 1 updates are deadly though. I really hope this sort of thing doesn't extend into the consoles lifecycle.
